I spoke to someone on the phone about doing a small custom mirror and they were not friendly or helpful at all. Def. would not want to work with them.
This place has become a shadow of what it used to be. Middle of the day I went in and there is only one employee who had to turn on the lights for me. I did purchase one piece of glass that did not get wrapped and when I asked where the glass cutters were I was told they did not have any. There is still a decent amount of glass but the glass patterns will not lend themselves to standard work. I couldn’t get a yellow piece of glass to make a sun. Looks like they will be closing their doors any minute now.
I needed 4 panes of glass cut. It took the glass worker on premises three minutes to cut I was driving away with the glass 10 minutes after I arrived. The store looks as if the owner has fallen away from his work too but the man who took care of us was pleasant and quick. Thank you.
I went in to get some duplicate keys, and winded up with the most gorgeous Swarovski crystal hearts and snow flakes for my grand daughter to make jewelry. You would never know it, but the back room is a treasure trove full of beautiful glass for doing different crafts, like stained glass and mobiles, and has a lot of how-to books and patterns too.
Unfriendly! Unhelpful!
