Extremely rude employee gave me a hard time about a tool I didnt even use and had for maybe 30 minutes. When I asked to return the tool and about the price I would still have to pay full price with no explanation. When I asked if this is how they usually treat paying customers I was told this is how we deal with customers LIKE YOU. Not sure what he meant by that but regardless, if I pay for a service and am cordial with you theres no reason to be rude and insult me personally. Laughable excuse for customer service and an employee.

Great experience renting a tool for a weekend project. Friendly instruction and even loaded the large machine into my car.

These folks are very pleasant and helpful. Had a great experience renting a tiller for a new garden. I will certainly come back for all my tool rental needs.

If you have a company and you want to rent machines from this place, be careful because to start the customer service is the most terrible thing you can experience, also if you rent for half a day it will charge you for the whole day and if you rent for a day they will charge you much more than normal please take care of that place now your time and a headache 🤕 go to another place
