Called for a quote, told they could only offer to manage a donation in exchange for a $500 tax deduction (which doesnt actually help anyone who would have a junk car to donate) and a voucher for restaurant.com. This was after being transferred to a Dodge appraiser, punching in my zip code (nice that they use a local number to go to a call center God only knows where), and then waiting on hold.They werent rude necessarily. Having worked in a call center I know the stress of the job, so I dont have an issue with the call center guys decorum. But its a bait and switch with the company name.I could get a GENUINE cash offer from 5 different local junkyards/parts yards, all willing to tow it away and do the title work. The new and rebuilt parts alone are going to net the parts place that took it no less than $2k in return, I should know because Ive sourced the parts myself and know what theyll charge.If you need to sell a car that runs but has problems and 1) youve got the title and 2) are looking to get cash in your hand, call Neils or Copart or even talk to your mechanic because some of them have licensing to do the job as well. Stay local, talk to people in our community and youll get a reasonable offer (if its not a genuine useless heap of unsellable parts), especially if you need to get it towed away and dont want to pay the title transfer fee. Save your time, stay local.

Very friendly and had all the proper procedures in place to make sure employees and customers were safe. Even took my plates and destroyed them for me since I forgot my tool.

Called and talked to a real person. Told them all the information they needed and they said we would get a call soon. Never recieved a call. Called back and had to give all the information again. Was told again we would receive a call. Never happened.
