Their really really awesome people! I was in Texas my husband her in Illinois. I paid for it with my credit card and they was great with and to my husband. Even though he didnt have a new truck Betsy is an old girl but she is his and paid off! Thank You!!!

They told me theyd be at my house in Delavan they did not call to confirm. So I called at 8 am. The secretary said she had me down to come toshop I told her I wouldnt have done that theres not even tags or insurance on the car yet. She replied with well youre gonna have to wait till next Tuesday. I told her someone else with more professionalism will be getting my business. If I have to wait a damn month. Very very unprofessional. Secretary needs to do her job ask more questions.

They did what they said theyd do! That and everything else that youd expect. Ive forgotten how many times that theyve replaced windows for me. Never a problem.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone from the office to the installers.

I brought my car into Stephens Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. They were recommended by my insurance agent. I would be paying the bill though. They were friendly and they finished my car on time and for the quoted price.When I got in my car I noticed some debris on the floor and dash from the work. I cleaned it up when I got home. Once out of my car I noticed that the skirts on the new rubber trim were curled up at both the top corners of the windshield. They would not lay down.I drove back to Stephens and talked to the technician. He was polite and listened to my concerns. He told me that was as far as he could get the skirt to lay down at the corners. He told me that the rubber trim was just decoration and would not be a problem. I told him I could live with it.I think that issue makes my overall rating a 3 which I feel is average. They were very nice and courteous the whole time.

Great people. Took my vehicle there to have windshield re-sealed was very honest about the work. They replaced my windshield with an OEM windshield and parts. Was professional and great work. Affordable prices too.

My new window is beautiful and it did not take long at all to get done, the only thing I would say is the waiting area needs some improvements. For somebody with high anxiety, especially social, needing to sit literally hip to hip with somebody as their are only 2 chairs right by each other in the corner was pretty overwhelming.
