I am very happy with Hiller automotive! I have used them in the past and had a very good experience back then as well which is why I went back. They are very knowledgeable and polite and the prices of their work and parts are very reasonable compared to others. Both experiences I have had with Hiller automotive were very happy and I will continue to go back for any of my automotive needs that are out of my hands.

Called yesterday. To see about. Mounting and balancing 2 tires was told. I didnt need an appointment when I got there. I was told. They couldnt get to it until Tuesday and Id need an appointment

Brought my vehicle in to repair a flat tire (had some sort of metal object embedded in it). They patched the tire in about 30 minutes (I had an appointment). Since I had recently had some work done there on all my tires and rims, they did not charge me for patching my tire. What they lost in todays gratis service ($25-$30???), they will more than make up in repeat business from me. Truly the definition of customer service. I have been going here for just over a year and now there is no reason for me to go anywhere else. Thanks Hiller Automotive!!

Is a great affordable.place to have vehicle work done

Took my van in for brake work and an alignment on a Friday. I pick my van up, and discovered the van was still pulling heavily to the left. I was told the front end of my van was “solid” and that eventually I would probably need struts at some point in the future. I called the following Monday to inform and request they inspect for alignment concerns. So I take my van back in, and Gary informs me my strut is rusted broken in two parts, and that is why the van is pulling to the left. My question is....why did they even due the alignment if it was not going to take? So I spent money on an alignment that did not good. I am quoted $2200 to repair the front struts. I decline the service. I go to pick up my van and was informed again that I needed the struts repaired. I informed Gary I would be taking my van to have the struts repaired elsewhere due to the high cost of the repair quote, in addition to the high cost I paid one week earlier for brakes and alignment which was $1800.00. I did my homework and discovered NAPA sells the same identical calipers for $135.99, and Hiller is charging $268.00 for EACH caliper. Gary appeared to be surprised when I informed him of the prices and the discrepancy between NAPA and Hiller. Will never return!

I always get treated kindly and the service is excellent. If they find something that needs fixed they let you know immediately whether or not the issue can wait or needs done immediately. I will continue to go there.

We usually go to the dealership to fix my car, but the service there has been terrible. Hiller got my car in quickly and fixed it to my satisfaction. The employees were all super kind and answered all my ridiculous questions.

Nice guys work here and I had purchased tires in the past from them. But this time they would not take State Farm insurance payment via phone which is ridiculous. Also noticed after they rummaged through my trunk to find lug nut tool, leaving everything a mess, that my tail light lense looked as if it was knocked loose and now its out of place.

I have never used this place before and am quickly becoming sorry I hadnt. The staff and even other customers are very friendly and had me laughing within 30 seconds of walking in the door. Great place to have your vehicle worked on awesome mechanics

Had an issue with a tire. Walmart said they could not repair the tire, but did not show us the tire and then kept the tire. Of coarse Walmart did not have them in stock. Needed the tire for an important trip the same day. These folks were on it. Got us a new tire in a timely fashion. The customer service was good. I will be buying my next set of tires from here.

Literally went to this place cause it was the closest and even my spare was flat. A* service. It was fast, staff were incredibly kind, and it was not nearly as expensive as I was expecting. They even reinflated my spare. Will definitely be coming here again.

Geat place! The service was great and I was able to get in and out. They made me aware of the stuff that was wrong with my car and were honest with letting me know what needed to be done right away and what could wait until I had the money. I will be back here for all my future repairs.

Really Honest People, Had A Belt Replaced In No Time. Fast Working Crew And Really Reasonable Prices.

I will start by saying I chose to get the oil changed in my wifes car here because it had great google reviews and I didnt want to go to a place that was going to try and scam me with a load of false repairs. One of their reviews was submitted by the same guy who gave me my estimate, so who knows how many others are submitted by their employees. I will include a picture of the estimate they gave me for everything allegedly wrong with my wifes car. Many of these repairs were said to be needed because the parts were shot. I subsequently took my car to two other places for second opinions, two other places that had everything to gain from those things being wrong with the car as well and the only thing wrong with the car is something Hiller didnt even include in their estimate (left tie rod, they wanted to replace the right). None of the things Hiller claims was wrong, was actually wrong with the car. Beware, do not be fooled by their antics, get a second opinion if you take your car in. I will not be going back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone!
