A friend and I stopped by this evening to pick out a two players split screen game. Well we came across this game and we werent sure if it was only online or if could also be split screen so we asked the man up front, and he told us that he wasnt sure so hell look it up, then a few minutes of scrolling through his phone he tells us hes pretty sure its also split screen. When we got home to play the game we realize is it purely online so we now dont even want the game. Thanks for wasting my time and money lmao.

Love this Gamestop. Get great preorders and Joe is very knowledgeable even though he didnt give me the Xbox preorder...lol Not his fault I was 13 of 12 Xbox Series X sold to customers at store.

GameStop is good for any gaming needs! I give it four stars, because of the dreaded low trade-in value for games/consoles. This is a company issue, not a store issue.

They had exactly what we wanted.

The new manager is very obnoxious. We used to go in all the time to see what new stuff they have. Anymore we avoid going in because she might be working. Theres one good employee there and shes been there for years and I can never remember her name. Really nice. Understands that sometimes people just want to browse, and if she makes sales suggestions, its relevant, so the total opposite of the manager. Ill never understand why they didnt make her the manager after the previous manager left. We go to East Peoria or I go to the one near by my work anymore to see what they have.

Their employees are friendly and helpful and they have a big selection of games. I went there all the time til i moved. I have spent hudreds of dollars there and there are amazing discount there when you have a membership. I would suggest that you go here its one of the best gamestops ive ever been to. They have all the current systems like the playstion 4 and the xbox one. And the quality of their games even if they are used is great. I really dont know how else to explain how good this store is.
