Great service. Called a local welding company to find out what type and how much shielding gas i would need for a novice hobby welder and my boys to work and learn with- recommended SJ Smith. Called them and went there to get the tank. Very friendly and explained everything to this novice welder.

Great service & being a Moose member, gave me a great price on propane!!

All was friendly and good as long as a long time customer was standing next to me. When i returned an hour later to get another cylinder replaced, i asked them to let me return a pressure gauge i had just purchased. I was told they had to wait until the next day and did not have the receipt. This meant another 60 minutes of driving round trip. Gas would cost close to the price of the gauge. I then waited about five minutes in back for the warehouse person to get my cylinder. I had to go back up front to get some help. They did not know where the employee was. I cant help but believe that if I had been the big customer, I would have been treated differently. Afterwards, the owner was kind enough to refund my puchase and apologized. I am still a customer. Thanks.
