We ordered a $4000 temper pedic 3 weeks ago customer service has no clue where or direct date of when our order will be in! This location never answers the phone and u have to drive by there to get any answers but still cant give me an answer when our order will be in its always excuses and the customer team dont actually look it up all he says is well try again next Saturday I will never buy from them again!!! Great customer service. I called to see if they had any bed frames in stock. They were out. The salesman followed up with me once they were back in stock.

Clean store with salesperson using complete safety and sanitation procedures (important these days). Beds were explained, prices compared and suggestions given - but no hard sales pitch. Very pleasant experience and I got a great bed at a fantastic price!

Great shopping experience. Clean and nice store atmosphere. Mark was attentive to my questions, but didn’t hover over me while I was taking so long to make a decision. I can’t stand the salesperson watching me lay and linger on the merchandise and he didn’t. Ha! But it does take a hot minute finding a comfortable mattress. I was like Goldilocks finding the right one. And I did find the mattress that was just right. Price was just right too with their Veterans Day sale. I would recommend shopping here. They’re delivering my goods next week so if you don’t hear back from me on this review, all went well or I got hit by a car. 😂 JK!

Went to the store looking for some twin size mattresses for our kids. The gentleman that helped was very nice and knew the products well. We were buying 3 mattresses so we expected for them to have to be ordered. They were ordered and came in exactly when we were told which ways just a couple of days. Awesome service and best of all everything we were promised we got. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Mark at the Pell City location was very informative, professional and helpful. Had to make a return due to my own miscalculation and easily handled my new request for 3 new custom made mattresses for my camper.

Bedzzz Express had a wide selection of mattresses in store to choose from. The store was clean and easy to move through. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. We were never pushed toward one brand or another. Our mattresses were delivered today. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
