The usual offerings and then some!Im from out of state but visit the area once a month for work. This Publix in a fairly rural area had the most outstanding produce imaginable. From little Manzano bananas to fresh Taro root, the small Eddo variety. Bought several lbs. I highly recommend this store.

Always has great options for groceries. Publix has the freshest produce by far in Pell City. It is always clean at this location, and by far my favorite Publix location in the general area for the layout and product availability. The staff is also welcoming, and you get to know them over the years of shopping here.

Nice, clean store with very helpful and friendly employess. Management works to make the customer happy. It really is a pleasure to shop at Publix. The prices are higher than Walmart but the employees are friendly, not depressed looking, the management is very helpful and the BOGO offers are fantastic. Also, check online for digital coupons.

I shopped in the South Park Center PUBLIX in Pell City, Alabama (35128). Im from out of town, here visiting my kids. I am not a regular shopper at PUBLIX but its the closest grocery store since my kids live at the lake. While Ive been picking up a few things here and there... the overall experience, staff, quality of products have been great. The only problem Ive had is technical issues with their app. And even their staff couldnt help me out with it.

Pleasant shopping experience. Due to an unexpectedly busy day my deli order was delayed but Patrick H., our local deli manager was more than gracious in his handling of the matter, further exemplifying the difference Publix makes when it comes to purchasing your food items.

It has always been a good experience so far with the quality and quantity of the food. Reasonable price and great customer service. We always get whole chicken and fish from here never disappointed. But I have one concern when it comes to butcher the whole chicken into small pieces. You guys do a good job with that but its just that there is lot of bone fragments. I would suggest if the chicken was cut using a machine it would not have the bone fragments in it, its just my opinion.

Got my groceries rang up in a very professional manner. My steaks looked like they were cut by Gabriels sword and packaged by his hand. Pretty excited to get these babies on the grill and tear through them like the carnivore I am. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Finest food you can eat in my opinion. I grill the best steaks on the planet, yes I do, and Publix does the rest. They have got it going on here. Walk in Superbowl Sunday at kickoff and they have fresh wings on sale right out of the wing cooker thingy. Boom. Hot boxin it. Come on in and getcha someofit.

I have always loved Publix and NEVER had a bad experience. All the employees are very polite and caring.

My sliced watermelon still has the sticker. It wasn’t washed/cleaned properly. The bakery staff was sort of rude. The cashier called me “Boo”. I’ve not been to a less appetizing Publix. I spend a few extra dollars to have a better shopping experience. This hasn’t been it.I went from 2 stars to 1 star. My experience with customer service today was horrible. The guy at the bakery counter was extremely creepy and the manager was just leaned over the sink taking notes. The cashier was condescending, and one of the produce people (I assume) followed me from produce to dairy.I go to Publix for the selection of foods available. I don’t go there to be hassled.Edit**** Back to 2 stars for now.Today everything was pretty standard. Until I got to the cashier. Y’all. No. She was not happy to be there....to say the least. ...........Also, the bakery staff was obviously management.Anyhow. I spent my $40 on sushi, truffles, scones, Pepsi, Cheerios, donuts, 2 chocolate covered strawberries and cherries. I saved $14!Y’all get you some orange cranberry scones. Do it. (The food was good today.)—the sushi rice is too wetEdit**spoke to someone who said they’re the store manger via telephone upon leaving. I was told that the bag boy and cashier having a rude attitude towards me wasn’t what Publix is about and that them “judging me” isn’t ok. Well obviously-but who said they were judging me? What are they judging me for? How do y’all spend your time?Their inability to be pleasant while bagging my bottled water speaks to-nothing to do with me.

Like every PUBLIX I have ever visited this location is clean, will stocked, bright, and staffed with very helpful and friendly staff that always have a kind word and offer to help me if they can. This organization has a wonderful and virtually fool-proof way to find good, capable and qualified people and train them to adapt their corporate philosophy and traits that they want to project to their customers. I appreciate PUBLIX and their employees and truly find their stores to be one of the very few places I enjoy doing at.
