Most days great service, friendly people, safe courteous employees.Dont ask about redeeming points from Walmart.comIve built mine up to 119,550 points.Still cannot figure out what good they are, because theyre is no way to redeem them.Just seems a little pointless, why have a loyalty program, that cant be used.

Very friendly... Was greeted by several of the employees.... not the Walmarts Im use to...Thumbs up to the self service cashier. She was helpful and greeted every customer with a smile on here face. Had a pleasant conversation with her...

The store itself was great. Parking not so much. People going every which way but the right way. Hard to find a parking spot

Shopping day. It was very busy packed with other shoppers trying to get their shopping done as well.We spent over two hours shopping, but in the end we had a great day shopping and Walmart having everything we needed. I commend the staff members for doing a excellent job getting shoppers taken care of.

I liked how clean it was and orderly, it was quite up to date with technology and people there respected social distancing a lot more.The restrooms looked so nice and had led lights behind the mirrors, they also didnt smell terrible. I quite liked it there!

Cashier could not care less about anything going on around her except to have a very annoyed look on her face when a baby was crying. rounded up my total because I paid in cash without telling me. When I asked for the rest of my change she told me Yeah, the system rounds. Very rude and taught my 11 year old what theft was. If I left the store without paying for an item that was less than a dollar, I would be thrown in jail for shoplifting and theft. There was no signage or verbal confirmation before my total was rounded. This is theft in its very essence. Regardless of how much change I was due, it was to go into my sons piggy bank when we got home, so good job stealing from a child Walmart, good job

They had everything I needed and I must say the woman in self checkout was extremely nice and helpful. My mother and I said we wished we remembered her name because positive people never get reviews and its usually only the negative. I think we will start using this Walmart as much as possible instead of ours at home.

Some Walmart stores have turned away from truckers. This one has not. Nice people. Had a conversation with some guys about movies. Very cool folks.

Never enough registers opened then the self checkouts are always messes up. This time it jammed up with my cash deposit, took cashier 20 minutes to acknowledge we had an issue.

Just a regular walmart, nothing different so if you like walmart this is a good one lol. Fast, easy.

I had rather they be here for people that need them than not. Yes it needs improvement but most places do. I have tried to avoid them during the pandemic and now that spring is here I will shop there again soon. Over the last year they have been replacing flooring which will help the overall appearance. Employees have either been nice or average to me as a rule. No one is rude but it’s just a job and people need jobs. I am glad to see a few big box stores in the city but really enjoy the small town flavor of our small community.

Had a manager go above an beyond to help even when it wasnt asked for. Great experience.

Found 3 pairs of shorts I wanted to try on. 1st worker said all rooms were located and didnt know where key was. Went found another worker she said only was open but nope it wasnt. Went ahead to check out. The shorts were on sale but rang up regular price so he said let me get a manager. Manager did an override but came up restricted and she couldnt sell them to me so I just left them laying the counter (countingto ten but didnt help much). All this took close to an hour with only 1 register open. Way to go Hueytown Walmart.

6/26/2021 Blown out today. Weekends are naturally busy, so management has got to do a better job at staffing and stocking throughout the day. I understand that good workers are hard to find, but Walmart is the only company that gets away with this. BRING JEFF BEZOS AND WHOLE FOODS / AMAZON TO PELL CITY! Maybe he can give Walmart the competition that they need.

Shipments were everywhere totally blocking the middle of the aisles. I actually went thru a box that hadnt been unpacked yet to get what I needed. Empty shelves everywhere. This is the norm now in this store.

I hate the self check out stations. I am disabled and it is hard for me to check my own groceries, but I often have no choice because there are barely any registers open with actual employees to help you.

They REALLY need to stay on top of their stocking. I have gone every day for weeks looking for cat food and certain food items and they have been out every time. There are several pallets of food and such just sitting on the middle of the store they havent touched to stock. Last time I was there I had to go through the pallets myself to find the cat food I needed as well as they stopped selling some of the cat food I had been buying. The store wasnt always this bad but it has gone down hill bad.

The walmart is getting kind of rundown. Leaks and unstocked shelves but at least the associates are mostly nice.

This store is not my home store, however, the store was clean. It took me a little longer to find things & some of the prices were higher than in my store at Gadsden on Meighan Blvd. I would recommend this store

This is not the first time Ive had problems with the online grocery pick-up. I got my notification that my groceries were ready. I get there and have to wait 25 minutes before someone came out to bring my groceries. I was the only person there and there were two workers there.

No neckties. Need a black tie!

This location of Walmart are absolutely on their A game this holiday season. They have plenty of employees on hand keeping things cleared from the isles floors and making sure the shelves stay stocked. Friendly and helpful for anything needed. This was delightfully surprising this close to Christmas.

The literal worst place on earth. Employees are beyond incompetent. I would rather die than go in this store.

Stockers continue to stock during the day. More store associates shopping for other people, again, another item that should be cut or done after hours. Finally, only 2 cashiers working. Self check out is not an option, it cheats on payroll taxes and spreads the burden to those working

The store was well stocked. Got everything I needed, but the workers were not very helpful or friendly.

Very Clean, organized and a friendly staff. My favorite staff member is the senior gentleman give me the BEST greetings entering and exiting the store. It helps that he is just as jovial of my bonus dad. But thats a compliment to that generation of solid men.

Clean but they have a bad problem thinking everyone steals. They stopped me in front of everyone said I was stealing didnt assume, he straight out said I know your stealing in front of everyone and after looking in my purse and bags and looking at my receipt seeing I hadnt taken nothing he still said I stole something. Now every time I go there the police just happen to come up shortly after my arrival and then leave as I leave. So heads up, theyll embarrass you in front of everyone just off of assuming. Poor management and bad security team.

Staff is kind and helpful. The store is clean as well as the parking lot. They are good about keeping the lot clear of buggies. Bathrooms are normally very clean as well

The greeting person...a tall guy with long blue/green hair needs lots of customer service training...he didnt greet and didnt even say anything at all even when my husband talked to him trying to make him smile or react in any way...this is unacceptable. My husband even talked to the district manager since he was there at this time and we really hope something is done about this...other than that shopping was ok and Katie, the cashier was very friendly.

After the phone rang for 3 minutes a lady answered and I tried to warn her that we had bought bad ground beef there recently. All the associate wanted to tell me was how to get my money back. That was not my point. I was warning them about their product. She never understood. In frustration I hung up. Please get training for the associates in listening rather than jumping to conclusions. And answer the phone. Thank you.

Good place to shop.

I drive for point pickup and all our orders are online through express pickup. Everytime I show up no matter how pick the pickup it is ready and fast. It takes 8 min. To park get what I need and go. One of the best Walmart around

Although one particular check out woman is always rude to me I appreciate the staff here at Walmart. I’m a truck driver and they let me park here when I need to.

I went to this Walmart for laundry detergent and change for washing machines due to me being out of town working. The store had 2 lanes open, and no self checking lanes open. Cashier was very nice, but I went to the money services they didnt want to open the register to give me a roll of quarters, was told to go to customer service where, again, I was denied. Apparently walmart doesnt break dollars into quarters, or and hear me out, the workers are just flay out lazy.

I try to avoid going to Walmart. There are always very long lines. Very few registers open. And never anyone around to help when looking for something.

Extremely displeased with this Walmart they have no change basically so your self-checkouts are charged only if youre paying cash you cannot get out of there quickly because they dont have a quick check out for cash you have to wait and very long line and several of the people that I have run across there have been extremely rude

I struggle finding black pants in my size and that is not leggings or skinny pants that are suitable and what many places require for jobs. Smaller than a 4 is hard to find already and in straight leg or boot cut for job uniforms. Wal-Mart is extremely popular and should offer clothing items such as black and khaki pants that many work places require for uniform. Also all sizes, especially below 4.

Staff is not very helpful however shelves were stocked and faced well.
