Thank you Pell City Coffee for a wonderful cup coffee! I usually purchase the gentleman prefers blonde or black and tan coffees. They are delicious! I like a sweet or semi-sweet tasting coffee, so these are good choices. When Im feeling naughty, I purchase a pastry too! Try the blueberry scones. When theyre fresh out the oven, wow, is all I have to say! The owner and employees are very friendly. If you recycle the cup sleeve nine times, then the tenth cup is free. Thats a nice treat too! But, you have to try it for yourself.

The coffee here is great and they also have an amazing selection of homemade desserts/pastries. The staff was also super friendly. Such a great place. I will be going back.

All the times I’ve stopped by here, they’ve been closed. It’s 9am on a Thursday morning and they’re closed. As I peer longingly through the window, it’s hard to tell if their hours are just very inconsistent, or they are permanently closed. I think this will be the last time I try stopping here. Looks like it could be a cool coffee shop - if it was open.

I stopped in today because I thought it was a cute little coffee shop I could stop in and hop on a conference call. However, I was rudely kicked out 10 min into my conference call because I hadn’t bought anything yet. I’m appalled at how they treat the public at this “public” coffee shop..

Love love this coffee place. My husband and I stopped here during our honeymoon and we absolutely loved everything we got. Staff is friendly, coffee was excellent, and the muffins we got were delicious.

We were looking for good coffee while visiting Pell City today and we found it! Really enjoyed Pell City Coffee Company! The owner was baking some fresh goodies, made use feel welcomed and served up some amazing lattes!

Provides a wonderful atmosphere. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Saw a group of teens enjoying a good time together, being very respectful. Had to have coffee and two strawberry cupcakes for my husband and myself. Very lovely departing message. Great place!!! Not my first visit, nor will it be my last.

What a cute place this is. I am very restricted on what I can eat and drink. The woman that works there was great about making something I can have. All the pastry there looks great but I cant eat it. Good place for a simple meeting with 1 or 2 co workers.

Great coffee & baked goods!

Came to their shop the first day I’ve visited Pell City this trip. The girl working the counter was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She appeared to hate her job. When asked if she worked here or if it was hers she said she worked there. The owners should know she may be a good baker(unclear about that because she did not seem too excited about her product when asked questions about the cupcakes, So I didn’t buy any) but she’s a horrible customer service person.I do have to say the coffee was excellent. I came back on Monday to purchase cupcakes for my grandmother and even though their ad says open the doors were locked. Super disappointing experience all the way around

I fell in love with Pell City Coffee Company from my fist visit! Coffee is so delicious! I love their Gentlemen Love Blonds very much. Their cookies are so amazing that sometimes they run out of my favorite cookies with macadamia. The service is excellent! Pell City Coffee Company is the best place to have a great coffee in a nice atmosphere. Thank you guys!

The Pell City Coffee Company is GREAT! I love going there and everything I have tried has been excellent. The pecan pie muffins and pumpkin pie muffins are heavenly. There is always a large selection of baked goods to choose from. The coffee is great as well as the apple cider.

Every time I go in the store, I have a bad experience. The gentleman or the older lady behind the counter either messes up my coffee, milkshake, or whatever I order from the menu. Ive been there about a dozen times in the hopes to receive a decent experience and I have yet to enjoy it still. Ive read the previous review prior to me, and Im glad that theyve all had nice encounters.. But for me, Im sticking with the other people because I know I will always have a fantastic experience.

The iced latte I had was one of the best ever! No bitter taste to the coffee at all. Friendly and clean.

This place is SO underrated! Youve got to go try their coffee amd/or treats that are better than Starbucks for less forr your $$!! Im talking about saving around 35% when I got my 16oz bag of premium coffee.
