I could not ask for better customer service. These guys are top notch. I always feel satisfied after my stops at this location. They just seem to go that extra mile that makes it worth thinking twice before stopping at an another establishment to fuel up. Tonight a bearded man of kindness helped me when my debit card was acting up. His calm, professional, and friendly demeanor was quite comforting and showed me the value they place in satisfying customers. Its work ethic like this that adds value to a company and a community. I also enjoy the music selection too . Its not always playing, but when it is.. its pretty sweet

It took me 20 minutes to get gas after I prepaid. None of the pumps would not take a card AT ALL! Went inside to pay on pump 4..he told me pump 4 was not working..go to pump 7..IT did not work..went back in to tell him it was not working. He said is the hose in the car or is it hanging on the machine????? Told him it is hanging on the machine..its working..try again. Again nothing!! GO back in he tells me to go to pump 1..so I go out again and someone is on pump 1..after that person got their gas I was FINALLY able to get my gas and leave! That was the most aggravating, time consuming, want to..by this time..just jump off a cliff some where! What is wrong with this people. Not going back there...EVER! Spreading the word also!😡

Friendly staff, great selection of snacks and drinks. Pretty competitive gas prices, really easy go get in and back out of this gas station. Restrooms are always clean. My wife and I stop by this store often on our way through Pell City and it is a dependably good stop.

Great place to stop for gas and a snack. The restroom was also clean.

I’m from out of town and I was passing through last night around 6:30 7:00 and had to stop for coffee and bathroom break. The coffee was fresh and hot the bathrooms were very clean for it to be a gas station I was able to use the bathroom the attendant on was very polite and even gave me directions and ideas of a hotel to crash at. Thank you for your help and kindness you don’t find that often.

I have to say I’m very impressed with how the store smells when you walk in and how the bathrooms are very clean when you use them. The cashier was just wonderful she laughed with us talked with us and when I asked her for her name she was not rude like the night shift lady by saying it’s on my shirt she actually spoke her name “Maddie” she is by far the coolest convenience store worker I have met. If anyone agrees with me let her and her boss know she is great

I go to a lot of stores around here and none be as clean as this one. Even though the clerk was crying miss Maddie still worked and asked if we needed help even talked about me being pregnant and I got her to laugh she is a very sweet woman. I would give her personality a 10 star she the coolest

I’m sorry but this has to be one of the worst times I have ever came in this store and saw it that dirty. I went to use the bathroom and couldn’t because it was absolutely gross and nasty. I will be contacting someone tomorrow about this. I went to the store at 6:45 4/14/2020. Candas you need to have a course in cleaning with that young lady that is there

The air machine ate our money and so we went in to get our $1.50 back and they said oh yeah, we know, theres a number you have to call to get your money back.Uhh why dont you put a sign on it if you know its broken? Obviously that would be too much work. Didnt get our money back and didnt buy gas at an establishment that cant be bothered to care.

Awful staff. We were traveling with kids and stopped for a bathroom break. Got yelled at by Candace for entering the mens room. When my kuz Jill finished in the womens room she offered to guard the door while we used that. Candace barged in past Jill yelling that we have to leave RIGHT NOW and she was calling the POLICE!!We went across the road and when we finished the Pell City police were at Marathon.Candace we are sorry youre so bitter and angry. We wont ever bother you again.

A nice little place...quick stop and clean restrooms--clean shop area as well.

Bad gas station they were very mean and disrespectful to my handy cap cousin when we went in there to use the restroom and it was closed they yelled at use and told us to leave most rude gas station I have ever been to by far.
