I had a wonderful experience working with Brian Vande Lune at Ulrich Ford Lincoln. He was extremely helpful as I made decisions on ordering my 2020 Lincoln Corsair and kept me updated me as to the production status of my car after we ordered it. When the Corsair arrived, he notified me right away and I was able to see it before it was prepped and ready to drive off the lot. I was also able to take the owner’s manual home and study it before I picked up the car. When the car was ready for me to drive home, Brian walked me through all the features of the Corsair and answered all the questions that I had from studying the manual. Since getting the car, Brian has emailed me asking if I had any problems or questions that he could answer. What a great dealership and a great bunch of people. I found a 2011 F250 online that I liked, drove 622 miles to see it, it was perfect for my needs. Then drove the 622 miles again a week later to pick it up. Working with Steve, PJ, and Kathy was awesome. Even when the financing I lined up with my bank that was all preapproved had technical issues getting the funds to the dealer, they put their heads together and came up with a workaround to get the transaction done and me on my way. I am very happy! I can’t recommend this business and its great people enough!

First off. Mike and Ken are great people and do a a wonderful job. This review is about the service received not the public showing service people.This review stems from multiple interactions and repair services over eight years. I purchased a very nice used vehicle from Ulrichs, the sales team was fine, not super knowledgeable but more than me at the time.Oil Changes are no problem. Ive never had a problem with Ulrichs performing regular maintenance on my vehicles, however service for warranty, repairs, etc have been very disappointing.Car repairs have left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Sometimes they fix the problem, but in almost every case, they have either mis-diagnosed the problem, or not checked something important, like checking the alternator when your battery dies. Or doing physical damage to your car on accident and letting you know they will fix it for no charge (... of course you would).My most recent experience was with their new Auto Detail program. I chose the mega plan. They cleaned up the car, but it is by no means detailed. There is still dirt and fingerprints on the outside of the car. It really looks like they ran it through an automated wash, and then partially waxed it, the tires are not shiny, they are spotted. And, whatever they used to clean the tires caused over spray on the outside of the tire well and left it in the sun for hours (hoping this doesnt affect the clear coat at this point).The inside of car looks like someone wiped it up, but it is NOT clean. There is still dirt, cleaning residue, and streaks of dirt on the seats.I absolutely would NOT recommend going to Ulrichs to get your car detailed, or repaired. Find a different dealership with more a more experienced technical team, the ones that do the work, and save yourself money, time and stress.

We were looking for a vehicle for one of our sons and we had never shopped at Ulrich Ford Lincoln, in Pella. We saw a vehicle on their website that we were interested in and when we stopped in to look at it, we were greeted at the door by one of their sales consultants, Stacy Foreman. Stacy did a very nice job showing us the vehicle and was very thorough in answering questions that we had. Stacy worked with us through the whole buying process and also followed up the next day with another question that we had on the vehicle. We appreciated all the help that Stacy provided us.

Great service dept

I drove 5 hours to come look at a vehicle. I looked at pictures, did a video walk-around, talked on the phone, texted back and forth for over a month. I asked very specific questions and was given very specific answers. I asked to see all damage to the vehicle so that I could understand if it was worth the drive. When I arrived I found that the information told to me was in accurate at best, deceitful at worst. Dents, dings, scratches, and bubbles of rust the size of a half dollar. Even after discussing these issues with Steve Akers, he continued to make excuses and give inaccurate information. If you are considering making the drive based on information provided to you, beware as said information is probably in accurate.

My wife and I went in to look at an Ford f150 at Ulrich Ford. We worked with Brian VanDeLune and he was very accommodating and patient. Brian is not a high pressure sales associate. We highly recommend working with him. We have bought several vehicles from Brian and will buy more.

We enjoyed trading cars with Ulrichs in Pella. The transaction was relatively painless and we were on our way quickly. I had lost my sunglasses a couple of weeks ago and Cyrus found them in the car we traded off and mailed them to me. I was quite surprised and thankful.

Went in late last year to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I decided to go after work, unfortunately, I was in my work uniform. After walking in, there where four gentlemen standing there, they asked, “..are you so and so...” then three of them stood there, then walked off.The one gentleman who didn’t walk off stated they do this all the time. During our conversation I learned he delivers the cars and trucks to all the dealerships in the state. But, the comment he made stood out, “...these guys don’t realize, we are customers too. We see what dealerships puts on the illusion, the ones who judge, and the ones who are real. We deal with the managers, sales, technicians...everyone....the thing is, they don’t realize that...!”After this conversation, the driver told me of a couple dealerships that would ensure I would be treated right and fair. As a matter of fact, he even called the Manger! I did have to drive a bit, but they had the vehicles waiting for me to check out. Happy to say I made the purchase!Two words of ADVICE.1- Stay away from Pella Ford.2-If you see a car truck deliver driver talk to them, he was right! They know who is real and fake!!!

My step dad had his car towed to Ulrichs about a week ago after he got stuck in the snow and broke his serpentine belt. After waiting four days, i believe, for a call statimg the car was done, he called them. The car had been done for two days. He had been leaking power steering fluid prior to getting stuck, so he asked that they fix that also. They told him when he picked it up that there was no leak. He asked me to look at it the same day because the power steering pump was now whining. I climb under it and noticed shredded serpentine belt strips stuck in the clutch of the a/c pump and other pulleys. Put a dye in the powere steering fluid and lord behold, there was a stream of uv dyed fluid flowing out of one of the lines. Terrible service and incompetence are the only words i can use to describe this kind of mistake. Never again.

I have been a loyal customer since 2015. We bought our 1st Fusion here. I wasnt a Ford person until I bought said Fusion. We have all of our routine maintenance done here (oil changes and such). I have also had some mechanical issues fixed in the service center. They provided me with a loaner on a Friday evening when they couldnt get the parts in until Monday. 2 weeks ago I was in an accident that totalled out my car. I immediately had my insurance company take the car to Ulrichs Collison center. Ulrichs was prompt and fast at getting an estimate for my insurance adjuster and helped me to take care of the whole process. Again, when Enterprise didnt have a rental for me, they no questions asked gave me a loaner vehicle. Everytime I was given a loaner it was a new model SUV. I cant praise Ulrich Ford enough. We are buying a 2nd Fusion through them. I will continue to buy cars and have them services by them. Very happy customer.

Not real happy I have bought a few cars from them and after the sale it seems like they could careless untill you want to buy another car. I purchased 1 vehicle and the wheels was coming loose every time I drove it and it was one big head ache to have them make it right wich thry never did it cost my another 1700 dollars to replace the back axle so will I ever do business there again probably not.
