A wonderful cashier helped my husband to the car and loaded it. It was late on Sunday night august 8. This was a very kind thing to do should have gotten her name.

Cafe is way over priced. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was just throwed together. Very small size. $6.00 for that and coffee.

Pella store sucks. One day sale you better get there as store opens or they will be out of most of the ad. 3rd time in a row this has happened.

Excellent food at a good price. They also do takeout. Staff wore masks and were very pleasant. Definitely recommend Newton Seafood.

Breakfast was terrible. After 40 minutes sitting there, they told me.they were out of what I wanted. No problem. But when my new order came, it was burned. Will probably not go back.

Pella Hy-Vee was a nice little store. Friendly town people and staff. High School kids need to act a little more enthusiastic but overall I got what I needed for camping food and beverages.

Do 95% of my shopping at HyVee theres some things I cant get there .

Very friendly staff. Ive never had so many people ask me if I needed help finding something. Overall pretty small store but not surprising based on the size of the town. However the store was well stocked, organized, and clean.

Employees were very polite, brought me to the exact spot where the product I wanted was.

Kitchen gave us a cold platter of boneless wings! No instructions on the container. We were NOT told they would be cold and had to call them to ask why they were cold. 250 at 20 minutes. Why wouldnt I just buy wings in the freezer instead. Ridiculous!Updating review after re-heating to the kitchens specification. Wings were soggy and very tough. I know that sounds odd, but that texture was disgusting. We ended up throwing the wings away. Never buying wings from Hy-Vee again.

We went there to order two 1/2 sheet cakes for my sons grad party,she helped us, showed us what we would like to look at. They should be ready next Sunday maybe Ill update this with some photos...She was so helpful!

Helpful smiles everywhere. Not a large HyVee but it does have most of the staples.Store always seems clean to me and they try to keep the check out lanes moving.No self checkout.Redbox sits outside the store.

Great grocery store, fresh produce selection and the employees are helpful. Only minor issue we have found is that we have to check the dates on refrigerated products because several times we’ve accidentally purchased items that were expired. They are good about exchanging the items if we take them back.

I like the customer service in this Pella, IA store. The staff was very helpful and would break off from what they were doing to go find something for me. It is a smaller, more crowded store than those in the bigger city of Des Moines. They also have a separate location for liquor and craft beers which is a bit inconvenient. They just dont have the space for it all in one location.

We stop at this store to pick up a few items we cant find locally. The store is clean, I usually use the restroom, they are very clean and fully stocked.The employees are very nice, engaging in conservation, but not pushy in any way, knowledgeable about where a particular item is located. Not all stores are set up exactly the same. Its easy to find off hwy 169. I enjoy stoppingby, and will continue to do so.

It stinks in store

Its what youd expect from a midwest grocery chain. Pretty has has all your basic needs plus a few extras, But dont expect much in the way interesting new items, or much of anything in the way of spicy foods/ingredients. Pretty slim...BUT fantastic staff, the pharmacy is great and I do a lot of my shopping there. The stuff on sale/specials tho, keep an eye on, some of its rather wonky.

A nice HyVee with a kind, helpful staff. Always clean and organized, and you never have to wait long at checkout. Really the only complaint is that its a small location. I wish some areas of the store were expanded, especially the dining area! Itd be really nice to have more space there in order to expand the options to match those at other nearby HyVees (like the one in Newton).

Selection is good but not great...very limited selection of “good for you foods”... ie low fat foods or “baked chips”...but this is improving some over time as well.

For such a nice town, I was surprised how small and dated this store was. But customer sevice was great.

What an experience. My wife & I came into town for the Tulip festival - and were at the hotel next to this store. As per usual, we went in & made a beeline to the beer section. It was located conveniently next to the deli - brilliance on the behalf of management. Beer, burritos, cheese, and of course - chicken tenders. Yay! The night was great & made to be full circle after a brief stop of the bakery for some Danish bliss treats. Great store, 24 hour service, & clean.

The workers at the Pella Hyvee truly do have a helpful smile. I needed help at the meat counter and didnt have to wait. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I was also greeted at the checkout with a friendly greeting.

Hy Vee in Knoxville is just a cut above. Seems like theyre just a happy group of people at the Knoxville Hy Vee.

Usually i thought they were expensive, but a few new lines and deals they have made the trip pretty worth my while. milk for about 1.50, bananas for .33/lb and a dozen eggs for about half a buck. This will pry change, but it seems to be a good sign.

This Hy-Vee has always been great since they first opened in the new building. Granted that dates me. This Hy-Vee is not the best Hy-Vee which causes me to give it a four. But the sales are great and frequent. The meat counter is second to none and the checkers are fast and friendly.
