Ordered a new phone online with local pickup and then spent 3 hours trying to get the local store to hand me the phone. The local employee Melissa repeatedly told me the problem was with Verizon. I spoke to several Verizon reps on the phone who told me that the actual problem was with the local reseller and not their systems. Melissa told me that she has seen this before and she usually has to cancel the online order and reorder it. I suspect she was just trying to snipe the sale. After asking repeatedly asking her to contact her channel support, she finally called the Victra help desk and within a minute everything was magically fixed. Overall she lacked professionalism and any sense of customer service. She spoke rudely to me and did not represent Verizon positively.

Time after time we have had poor customer service with the same representative. We have gone for simple things as phone chargers and setting up new phones. All of which the employee has been rude when stating they dont carry quick chargers or that we cant set it up ourselves, or place screen protectors ourself.Time and Time again we have been disappointed in this location. We have and would much rather travel 50 miles to a more professional location.

I personally want to thank Jessica for getting me my new phone. She was new. So yeah it took long but she was very funny and apologetic. I loved the atmosphere. They all where helping each other. Which was very nice to see. All around great people. So thank you to Jessica, Melissa, and Rebecca. You guys are great.Plus to all the reviews on here people need to stop and think. Hey is it just this store or is it from higher up that I need to say something too. Because believe it or not the reviews do come down on you in the job. By the way mistakes happen. Just stop and think if it really is the stores fault or corporate.

Horrible customer service. They like to blame everyone but themselves. I had to upgrade my phone in November and was told they had a promotion that you could get a tablet for $1.00. I asked SEVERAL times if this would increase my bill and was told no. My first bill arrived and I didnt see any changes, but then the next bill arrived and it had gone up $60! When I tried to take the tablet back, the manager told me I was past the 15 day return period (which the charges werent posted at the 15 day mark). She called her manager who apparently also said no to any kind of resolution to this. When I asked to speak to the Regional Manager myself, I was told I couldnt and there was nothing they could do. After pressing it, the manager finally agreed to ask the Regional Manager to call me which never happened. When I called Verizon Customer Service (who were helpful), they got the store on the line and the Rep who sold me the phone and tablet claimed NO responsibility and said it was my fault. NO attempt to rectify the situation. So now Im stuck with a tablet I dont want for a $10/month fee (when I was TOLD it was only going to cost me $1.00). I was also in the store the first time for an hour and a half. Subsequent visits - they never have enough staff and you have to wait long periods of time. Stay away from them. They dont care about their customers - they only want to make buck (and try to cheat you out of yours). And if there is an issue - they blame it on the customer (you) and make NO attempt at a resolution.

I went in to get a new iPhone and Tyler I think his name was said “looking to get out of your iphone?” I said no, I love it and he proceeded to tell me that iPhones were dumb and behind all the rest of the phones. I moved on and ignored it but he pretty much kept called me dumb for wanting to buy a new iPhone. I kept my money and went to Knoxville and they were 100% better!

If you go to the pella Verizon i highly recommend not going when the worker melissa is there. she was very rude and had an awful attitude. she interrupted when i had a question and could not properly explain anything. she also was playing a game on her tablet the whole time.

A rep named Becky said that if I traded in my iphone5, I would get $150. I have never seen the money. I went to the Pella store to ask her about it and she said it would take a few weeks Later I went in and was told she was no longer at that store. I called Verizon customer service who contacted her (she is now the manager of the Osky store, I believe) and she told them my phone wasnt worth anything and she recycled it. I never gave her permission to recycle it. There is a used phone that looks a whole lot like mine for sale locally. Where is my phone?! Even if she no longer works in the Pella store, they should follow up on Becky and her promises as they were made in the Pella store.***Although the store owner replied below and we communicated about the issue, I still have not had my phone returned nor have I been paid for it.

This location in Pella has been very unhelpful at best. I bought a tablet in order to use it as a Personal Hotspot. I was told that I wouldnt have any service issues in downtown Pella. Big mistake! Horrible coverage and even worse experience trying to return it. Everyone seems to be busy with customers when I call with billing issues. They asked to take my name and number and they will call me back. No return phone call whatsoever. I canceled the tablet and service a month ago, but I still received a bill. Unheard of. Id suggest going to a corporate-owned Verizon store.

The Verizon store and Knoxville Iowa the young lady who is the manager there is not friendly would much rather be on her phone texting then to help a customer Ive had several problems with her and I drove 35 miles to a real Verizon store this stores leashed out to whoever and they use Verizons name I told Verizon I wouldnt not want that woman that runs that place representing any business that I owned she is not friendly however she does know the phone she can help you with problems the trick is getting her to put her phone down long enough to help a customer
