This practice is amazing! The doctor and staff are very friendly. They went out of their way several times for me. I would recommend this practice. They truly deserve a 10 rating. I feel a 5 doesn’t even compliment them ❤️

I am very grateful for Dr Jones and his team. I have a medical problem relating to my eyes and he took time to explain it to me. When I had more questions and called in, he took time to speak to me on the phone and answer all my questions in addition to giving me suggestions on how to proceed. He is making a special pair of glasses for me to help my eyes. One of the best things I learned from this visit is that after 4 concussions all close together, he suggested a pair of lenses that help people with concussions. I did not know they made those, but woo-hoo I am glad to try them...It is now weeks since I posted this review. I just wanted to add to my post that the glasses Dr Jones prescribed for my double vision and my concussions have helped immensely. He continues to be available to me through my eye issues. I am grateful to him and his team.

Ive been going to eye doctors my whole life and this is by far one of my favorite places. The ladies in the front were wonderful and even took the time to help me pick out my glasses. The doctor was very patient with me and listened to everything I had to say and gave me information I had no idea about. Over all best eye doctor experience of my life. Family EyeCare Center has been very conscientious and thorough in working with us. I am pleased with the level of professionalism given with care over the past few years we have been going there.They do a good job of accessing any changes in our eye functions using a baseline and comparing to see if there is any changes that may require additional care. They explain everything and can show you their information, explaining in non-technical terms or explaining technical terms for clarity.I recommend them for anyone. I feel we have big time service in a small town environment with them.

Eye care with Dr. Kevin Jones is perhaps the best Ive had: exams are clear, thorough, and my prescription is exact. Orders for contact lenses are fast and hassle-free. Other services, such as frame adjustments for glasses, have improved recently. One downside is that they arent in all insurance networks, so prescription glasses wont be covered by all health plans.

I’m from out of state and had to drop in to have my glasses repaired. Not only did they fix my glasses within 20 minutes, but they didn’t even charge me for the repair! Super nice staff to boot. Now I’m trying to figure out a way to transplant this whole store back to where I live....

Dr. Kevin Jones is amazing. I started seeing him 7 years ago with an eye condition that I couldnt get diagnosed elsewhere. He has since done the most thorough checks of my eyes annually. Just recently the same condition happened. It is symptomatic of a serious health condition. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I have gotten the care I needed. He could have simply said it was no longer his condition to manage. But he has made sure I was seen and taken care. I cant say enough about his care, the care and wonderful nature of his staff and my overall experience. I only wish there were more stars!!!

Drs. Kevin and Michelle have been taking great care of my families eyes for the past few years. It has always been a great experience at their office!Last year I had a cornea injury happen late one evening. We called them and my husband drove me to the clinic and Dr. Kevin met us there and treated my eye with great care. It is nice to know that when an emergency like that happens they are there to help you out.

Dr. Kevin Jones has been my eye doctor for the past 6 years and has been absolutely wonderful the whole time! I have had trouble finding the correct contacts to fit my eye, but he has always been incredibly patient with me.
