The service was great. Pleasant workers who were very nice to deal with. The reason for the 4 star rating was the price. It cost me $25 to send 2 belts from Iowa to Idaho. That was ground shipping and I was told that it was the most inexpensive way to ship it. I dont know about anyone else, but that seems extremely high to me. The next time I dont have a shipping label, I will be using the USPS.

No employee was wearing a mask. No social distancing was observed.Employees seem nice enough, though I would expect them to remove their earbuds when asking for delivery address information. Had to clarify the address 3 times before the employee got it.Estimated shipping costs were more than double what UPS or the Post Office charges on a pre-packaged item.

I was given the name of this business from Tassel Ridge Winery when I needed to ship 3 bottles of wine to Pennsylvania. Due to legal restrictions this isnt an easy process. When I first called the business on Jan 20, 2020, I wasnt given accurate information from a worker. Luckily, I called back 6 days later and spoke with the owner who gave me accurate information and was MOST friendly and helpful in getting the wine shipped to the appropriate place. I believe the owner was going to make sure all her workers had accurate information from now on for my type of situation. I would have given 5 stars had I not been misdirected at first.

Ship IT! Always is helpful. With their database, unless Im shipping to someplace new, I dont have to constantly look up addresses. They are always looking for the most economical shipping solutions. Their people are always cordial.

Have been in this store now twice and the women at the front is one of the most inconsiderate, rude individuals Ive have ever met. How they stay in business with the lack concern or customer service I truly dont understand. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Tried to send a dish receiver back but was told they could not due to no return slip and to get a hold of fedex in Des Moines.I had everything in a open box and a return address but they did not bother to look at it...

Try to use the post office, not this UPS store. I returned textbooks I rented, and I told them two books were supposed to be mailed to a different address. They told me they will take care of it and send them directly to the correct shipping address. Now I have been charged a total of $85.45 because of the late fees (If they made it to the correct address the would not have been late), and calling the companies the books were sent to, to send the books back, so I may once again send them to the correct companies. The workers are mediocre with their organization to deliver to the correct places. If you have more than one address to ship the books to; use the post office, please.

There are three things are Dr. Who taught me in life. Santa will always be real, good guys are out there, and there will alway be something good inside a big blue box. The last one is never been more true with Ship it in Pella. Now although pella is known for its hospitality in many ways, ship it takes it further. And to be perfectly honest there is certain vibe the that just... well needs to be felt.

Shipped to Hawaii by USPS Had Ship It pack it. Arrived in Hawaii everything broken. No recourse. Very sad.
