I got the wrong size mattress cover which became apparent when I was trying to put it on my bed. After paying a lot of money to return a product, this company refused the refund the product claiming it had been used when it was not. I was sent another size mattress cover before I was informed I would not be getting a refund and it ripped as I was putting it on. Now Ive paid the price of two mattress covers and have one defective one. These are bad products and they wont let you return them, but you wont find that out until youve paid the money to return it.
They had forgotten to ship my order but they took the payment. Weeks had gone by. It wasnt until I called and emailed before they sent my order.
