So happy to have visited the new location and congratulate them for making the store so great. I love everything about the store and surely will be a better option to other stores near by. They truly out did themselves... now all we need are great sales. The flower sections are beautiful.

In store, online, doesn’t matter… Michael’s is a hot mess when it comes to ordering an item which states in stock. I ordered Looney Tunes legos for pickup in Pines store and when I get there they say none in stock to order online. I order online and my package arrived (a week later) with the completely wrong item, some alphabet stickers… I hear people say Amazon is putting these type of establishments out of business, false, their lack of logistics and an updated online system is putting them out of business.. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I needed supplies for a few projects and found stuff I didnt know I needed! Its always an interesting visit.

This is one of favorite places ever!!!! My coupon was expired and the cashier gave another! They have always great sales going on and for letting your creative side out there is nothing like Michaels. In my last visit I got everything to make painting.

Said they would be opening on the 31st. Definitely didn’t there was a notice on the door from the city. So they were aware that they couldn’t open and left the Opening on 31st signs up. Michaels has gotten so bad lately. None of the stores are stocked they all have very limited items and now they finally open a new store and can’t even do that right.

The telephone service promptly hangs up on you after you select 3 (speak to a team member). Kind of hilarious. The employees must laugh every time the phone rings. I gave them two stars just for trolling to make a you tube video.

Great place to come spend some money and let you create it juices flow.

All you need for a project. I ordered wisteria and hydrangea stems online and picked up in store shortly after. Very happy with the experience.

I have been here a few times. Says it will be open on Jan 31. Now there is a sign that says grand opening, yet they are still not open. Fortunately, for me, there are other craft stores in the area to buy my stuff until they can get their act together.

Just left this store after waiting 30 minutes in line. I watched the manager (older lady with short hair) get off a register and start doing go backs while over 17 people waited in line. She clearly saw how agitated everyone was getting and just walked away and at one point leaving only one girl on the register. When someone in front of me went to complain she pretty much dismissed them and just walked away. Store itself was nice and so was the cashier. But as far as management... complete joke.

All good. New store, fresh!

Went in on a Friday early evening. I found what I was looking for, wandered a little and finally went up to pay. There were 2 lanes open, with the lightning one of them flashing. I then saw the line. Yes, I counted! 20 people standing in line. Yes, some of them might have been together, but still. I put my item back and left. There was an employee outside gathering carts.

Great place all decoration for home, a little price in some products..but i love this store..

I’ve been going to this place for years now. I have had issues once or twice because of their dirty bathroom. No toilet paper or hand soap. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. I try always going to the same employees. Not too many familiar faces around anymore. They have great ideas most of the time. Kathy, Micah, Liz, Ariel, and Isabel are the employees that always helped me around. I recommend you looking for them. Very very good and outstanding customer service from them.

I was very surprised of the new location, but wasnt impressed that they didnt have any Thanksgiving stuff up and especially by this time of year they have a ton of Christmas stuff and I didnt see anything.

I went for a 10 shelf storage container. I walked around the store for a while because I could not find a sales associate. I found the container on my own. Its Its cute and was $30 as advertised.

Love you my crafting

We came to see if Michaels had dessert cups. We found one we liked but they only had one box of 12 and we needed 17.Spoke to store associate Arelly and asked if she could check the storage bin above the rack to see if maybe they had more dessert cups. She first checked to see if any more were in stock. The scanner said Michaels was carrying ZERO of the cups we were looking for even though we had one in hand. Moving forward despite her fear of heights, she helped us 100% and we found more dessert cups. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Im normally pleased with the Pembroke Pines location but I only go there unless I must. But for some reason, that day, the service was excellent. The cashier was friendly along with the manager.

I visit Michaels at least twice a week and I get everything I need and more. Today I had the pleasure of meeting John, a Michaels associate and he was phenomenal, professional and so pleasant to speak with. Special thank you to John for making my experience today one to remember.

Great place you can find all you need for arts and craft. Great prices.

Space is big a lot to choose for ideas and projects

Michaels has a lot of nice things, but I found them to be a bit pricey on some items. The line was long and only 2 cashiers were working. However the cashiers were very friendly and had a great personality.

This is the second time my wife has used this location. Now both times have been unpleasant. She placed an order for curbside pickup about 2 weeks ago, called like they said when she arrived, they confirmed and would bring it out. Well after waiting 18 minutes, she gets an alert that her ordered was picked up and thank you. Well she went in the store and asked whats going on with the order and she was waiting, only to be told that oh we were supposed to be bring it out. UH YES YOU WERE!. The order was sitting on the shelf where there were at least 5 employees that could have delivered the order curbside, instead of sitting it on the shelf.Today she placed an order because she cant leave work for same day delivery, which is on the website, and just received an email the order was cancelled. WELL not one phone call, not one email to suggest pickup if they couldnt deliver it, not ANYTHING. Just a cancellation with no explanation. I can spend my money elsewhere. If this location has a problem with catering to the customers or serving the public, maybe try closing it or getting new staff that want to work!

Came in for a quick run in despite rain and got everything I needed and then some hahaVery organized and cleanBut the best part was John my cashier he was so sweet only employee who was beaming with enthusiasm and kindnessI’m gonna make this my new Michaels I go to just for John he was a joy

I dont know what was going on here...i waited for something to open but all these vehicles just roled up and a few people went inside but then it all locked up.. This was at like 5 30 in the morning... But they list they dont open till nine... This left me outside to contract SARS till covid because Ive always been a waitress to dump over flo problems on from places that dont serve...so I have always been an untouchable to sicken for fast food scholarships......those scholarships do steal health care funds and with no open restrooms you will have to replace someones kidney... Just shut out to be sickened for their time their... It would be better if shut downs if the whole place just shut down then I wouldnt have to use face masks as an Abu ghraib eye mask from over 60 white car light nuclear bombs in the area.... Its day light but your battery lights are on bright highway you look like terrorists...

Rarely find people that can help when you are in the aisles. Ive never been able to get through the line in less than 20 minutes, no matter the time of day. The reason for the 4 stars are for the employees you do interact with have always been very nice and helpful(for pickup orders).

They dont pick up the phone. And when they do they just hang up .

Michaels is a place I like to shop for all my jewelry sypply. They are always well stalled. Love it.

Great Art Products

Had a 50% off coupon for an in store and or online purchase (one item) through a text promotion Michaels has going on. The text sent me a code and a link to the site but no bare code. The clerk at the register refused to accept the coupon (even with proof of cooperation to receive the discount). I explained to her that the offer was for I store and online but she refused and didn’t allow me to use the discount. I’ve attended this Michaels store since I was In middle school, usually with CODE the discount is offered (and looked up which the clerk didn’t even attempt to do nor ask management for assistance). I don’t expect five star service from an arts and crafts store but simply making an effort to do better would have seemed more like the service I’m use to getting at Michaels and would have resolved the issue.

Ordered online and they had my item readily available. Bonus for the layout and ease of finding products.

Michaels is good. They need more fun projects to make.

Greatest Michaels ever. The lady named Ivelisse is especially nice. Helped me with my online order and helped me find some Posca Markers. The manager is doing a good job. I was able to use a 50% off coupon on my purchase. And the store is relatively clean. Will order here again soon.

Best michaels ever.. we go all the time as both my kids are in art classes and this one is by far the best. staff is so helpful and spend a lot of time with the kids to explain everything and make sure they get what they need. they even give us ideas on projects (:

Reasonable prices and a great selection of items involving arts, crafts and decoration. The only downside is that it is a bit challenging to find help or field inquiries while shopping. I found the store layout to be well organized.

Well I got to this store looking for stuff I needed for my wedding. Which was coming up in 3 days. 1/26/19. I found everything I needed, but the hardest thing for me was trying to make my bouquet. The theme were Blue and Gold, but didn’t know where to start! I bumped into Arielle and asked her for help, she showed me where the flowers were and on top of that, she had helped me pick out the flowers and all the items I needed for my bouquet! She put everything together for me! I have to tell you she made my day. She has extremely great customer service and she was so glad to help. I really appreciate all she did for me, and I will always remember her! The bouquet came out gorgeous! I’m so glad she is part of your team! Please thank her for me, and employees like her should never go unnoticed! Thank you so much.

HORRIBLE! I ordered something for curb side pick up, to do so when you arrive you have to call and confirm you are there. After calling about 50 million times with no answer I had to go inside to wait in line to then get 4 freaking bird houses. I don’t mind going inside I understand with everything going on it can be a little crazy. however it is extremely unprofessional not to answer the phone

Love love love art. And I love love love this store. I could spend hours in here going through the aisles.I had a few things in mind for my acrylic and water paintings that I’d seen in videos. Found them and was very satisfied with the selection to choose from.

Its a great store. Be aware that its a smaller location, so its not going to have a lot of the more specialty items. Its great for your basic supplies, but dont expect to find the more difficult things. As long as you go in knowing that, its a great place to stop if you need a few things.

I can never find what I need. The staff is helpful but not even they know where stuff is sometimes. I needed a mirror, online said there were 4 and not 1 in the store.

You can see the store is suffering. Poor organization, poorly trained staff, they dont know where things are and dont know their operations and some dont know English(I hate to admit to this last comment because my family are immigrants too and everyone needs to work, but customers need to be able to be helped). Lacking in restocking supplies. They must have had a huge turn over and it shows. To be fair staff were friendly and tried to help, especially if I spoke in Spanish.

Absolutely the worst service at Michaels located 11300 Pines Blvd, in Pembroke Pines. The morning weekend supervisor is extremely rude. This Micheals just sets a bad precedence for the other stores. I would rather shop in another city than put up with the unprofessional behaviour of the team at this particular location. This store is not honest to their word, and customer service is not a priority to them. They are not worthy of any stars, but in order to write a review I had to start out with 1 star.
