Something hit my windshield on Saturday and cracked it. I submitted the claim with the insurance and got a call back from Rick in just 2 hours. My windshield was cracked and needed a replacement. I called my insurance and it is 100% covered with no deductible. I found Glass Act via Google search with 5 starts so I decided to give it a try. I called Glass Act on Saturday and sent him the VIN# to make sure the right windshield will be ordered. Monday morning he texted me to let me know he did not forget me and he was still checking if the glass is available. Later the day he came by my house to get the windshield replaced, very clean and detail job was performed. I definitely will use him again ( I hope not ). I dont even have to deal with paper work. Used Rick of Glass Act after I couldn’t get good service from another auto glass service. I am so glad I did. My front windshield was struck by a rock from the highway. I called more than one business and the first one wanted me to send a copy of my driver’s license and sign a contract although I was fully insured. I wasn’t too keen about sending a screen shot of my license or signing the contract that I was emailed. Class Act was my second call. Rick advised me to call Lynx who works with my insurance carrier. He scored points by giving me the number and advising all I had to do was recommend his business, if I was interested in using them for the repair. When he installed the glass a plastic piece that covered the rearview mirror broke. He ordered the part and installed it a few days later. Honest guy, very professional8) and punctual. I don’t do too many reviews but Rick deserves high praise. Go with Glass Act, truly a “class act”.

Great experience. I called to repair a window the same day and he was able to do it. I called another company that others recommended but they werent able to do it. He did it the same day and his prices are reasonable. He provided excellent service.

I had my windshield smashed and within a couple hours it was completely repaired. I found Rick to be a very friendly and easy person to work with. He was extremely fast and thorough. Highly recommended! My windshield was cracked Thursday on the way to work and we gave Rick a call and he right away told us to give my insurance a call and it would probably be covered by them 100% which it was. Rick does excellent work. He took about an hour to replace my front windshield and it looks brand new. He also handled all the billing with my insurance which ended up covering the entire thing. It was unfortunate that somebody broke my car window, but I was lucky to find Glass Act. Rick was quick and neat in his service. I was concerned about the broken glass pieces all around in my car because I have children, but he cleared all the pieces with his vacuum until I was satisfied. In addition, the price was decent.
