Thank God for Tracey !! The lines were terribly long and she came to our rescue as we were rushing to an appointment. She was very helpful and understanding . We are not liking the new system of everyone in line for self checkout. It takes way too much time and loads of people have no clue and take forever! Whatever happened to cashiers ?

They stated they had uniforms, but very few were here. They need to.update their website and say they do not have none when only 2 sizes are on the shelves. Waste of time. Put all of the items I dis have back and left the store. They wasted my time today!!

The cashier was very courteous and friendly while displaying professionalism.

I was accused of not ringing up an item, which I did. The associate took the bag out of my childs hand, once the associate realized the item was rung up instead of the associate apologizing for their error they walked away, saying oh. No customer service skills or respect. Very rude and in no one way did it appear that she cared that she accused me of stealing in front of my children.

The service is always amazing and the staff is very nice. Definitely recommend them over any other optical location.

The entire store is clean except for the bathrooms. It is a disgrace everytime I try to use the facilities. Please fix this! Im more worried about the urine under my shoes than the covid in the air! Thanks for the hand sanitizer!

The service was fast and it did not take long to get my order once I was in the store.

I went to the pharmacy to get my medicine that I must have. Tiffany the pharmacist was absolutely amazing. She went through hoops to get me my medicine. She was the only one working which is outrageous. They should not only have one person working in the pharmacy she was overwhelmed with customers and did a very professional job with what she had to work with. I think she deserves some sort of praise or gift card for her efforts. I will call and speak with a manager tomorrow.

Her name is YOKO and I was fortunate to have her assist me in the cosmetic department. Not only did she personally escort me to the item I was looking for but was extremely knowledgeable of the product and the available alternatives. Its maybe because I felt a little bombed by the construction further down pines and told to try sushi for understanding consciousness raising instead of pain relief that I found this target so amazing it was just so bright and skittles and large coffee and dairy... And it was just so heavenly after a long night of feeling it had happened the whole place had vacated as crimes against indigent people cant be cared for or treated by English speakers... You have to report the domestic abuse as a refugee status...

I ordered an office chair online and Target had it. Finding office furniture that is cost effective has been hard. But I found it at Target near the Pembroke Pines Mall and they had it in-store so I just had to pick it up. Ife was amazing. She took the time to assist me at the register, upon the cashiers request. I wasn’t too thrilled that the cashier couldn’t take 2 secs to help me scan my item on cartwheel. It literally took 2 seconds. Overall I’m just happy to have received help from a caring associate named Ife at Pembroke Pines location in Florida.

MUCH better than the 1 in West Miramar, Ill tell you that. Its VERY busy in there. Its also next to a mall and Many other restaurants - for your eating convenience.🍽😁 Plaza is PACKED; SO parking gets crazy. Employees in this Target were Nice. Those at the customer service desk were Fast and polite to customers. Nice clothes, but a bit pricey. School supplies are a bit overpriced too.

The item was stolen. The store gave my purchase to someone else and reported the item picked-up. What is the purpose of asking for ID? I cant believe this was accidental, the store employee had to be in on it.

Oh my God ! WITNHEY is an actual angel on earth! I had called the store several times for the stars above pink faux fur robe and i kept getting hung up on. let me tell you this robe is sold out everywhere and i called every store in south Florida to find this unicorn one in a million robe.. and when i tell you Witnhey was the only one that had the patience to locate it for me, i mean that she was the only one in all of the stores that walked out to the floor phone in hand to tell me if they had my size and color i was looking for. She found my robe and held on to it until I was able to get there 15 mins later. I was soo happy and grateful that i asked her for a hug! With our masks on of course but what a wonderful patient helpful human being!! Witnhey if you are reading this you made my whole day and I’m soooo thankful I LOVE YOU!💕 happy new year!!!

Well they made a big change at this store, it is cleaner, has many, many items. But, and this is a BIG BUT, just take a look at this photo....anything wrong here? I went and explained how this made no sense, $1.29each, yet 4 (in a box) was $5.89. For those without a calculator, that makes each one (same size and flavor) $1.5125 or $.2225 more. So, like many boxes on the shelf, ripped open, guess for the same issue, I took them to the front of the store, and asked if there was a reason, and if I could just open the boxes and purchase them for the $1.29. This is where it gets funny. The attendant pulled them close, like they were some prized pieces and stated that they were not to be opened and I would need to pay the higher price....Well just to let you know, Walmart (not a favorite as well, for other reasons) has now started to carry these same Organic baby packs for $1.26 Each or the boxes for $4.86 or $4.96... Just thought it was time for a wake up MANAGEMENT call for Target, Does anyone pay attention anymore? Oh, and I just read Jennifer Valor comment (scroll down and look for the 1 star comments), in the past I have tried to return an item, well actually make good on a payment for something I was charged incorrect amount for, and get this, it was in their favor....but the this was way to much work to figure out and with a bad attitude and not even a care for the company I was asked to just keep it. Ok, but I do believe in karma, what goes around, comes around. Also, this big company out of MN....I see absolutely no responses to any of the comments/ratings, Hmmmmmm Peace, Love and Cherry Garcia ice cream...

Love target, and I would give this store 5 stars if it wasnt for the angry/sad/whatever guy in electronics. First interaction months ago was terrible, so I assumed he was just having a bad day, but well, the same thing today. I never have any issues picking up my order and even if there was an issue with an item they are very efficient in refunding you or exchanging it for you.

It is neatly organized, its always stocked, and carries things that no other store does! I was able to find everything that I needed, and was very happy with the selection of items available. Moreover, the staff is always ready to help you find whatever you want. This probably serves as the top-most reason for me liking this place.

Always have just what I need at great prices the only downside is the store is newly remodeled. Dont get me wrong the store looks great it just adds some time to your quick shopping trips. That being said the staff is always more than willing to help.

I’m currently 8 months pregnant and all I had to do was walk in and waited less than 5 minutes. Super convenient and easy. I didn’t have to stand around or wait too long.

I ordered Robitussin cough syrup from this location because it was the only one that had the specific item in stock. I ordered the item for drive up since I was feeling really sick and I got a notification an hour later saying that they ran out of the product. I walked into the store out of desperation and found an entire Shelf full of the product. Im a big Target fan and love shopping here but this was a complete disappointment

I give 2 star. Because this location needs to be vacuumed where there is carpet, and dust. A lot of the items are not in its place. The allergy that I get when I walked in forced me to leave. The bathroom needs more atention as well. If these changes are made the store can improve a lot.

This is our families target. We go here very often. It’s always well kept see really like it. On our last visit we were picking up and order and the guy at the register you can tell her did not want to help us. He was having an issue finding my order and basically gave up.
