Great but pricey place for kitchen stuff. I love it.

Sure La Table is a store that sells kitchen items. Plates, coffee makers, mixing bowls, measuring cups, rolling pins, oven mitts, etc. You get the idea. This store is not overly large but has a good sized selection of kitchen supplies and decor.For those that go to the Shoppes at Pembroke Gardens to window shop, this is definitely a place to check out. Keep in mind, this is a somewhat upscale store and so, the prices on many items reflect that. They usually have some clearance and out of season items that may be attractive to some.For those that have not visited this store, it is a must stop. There are some neat kitchen items here that you will not find in many chain stores.

So as soon as i walked in a gentleman asked if i needed help with anything then continued to offer me coffee.. i thought this was super nice. The items are super cute and i love the baking supplies they have! However they are a little over priced. But all in all the staff is great 👍

Lo and behold I ordered a pizza stone, from Amazon, bought all my ingredients and was gonna teach my youngling how to make pizza. Three hours before her and her mother came home, I realized I didn’t have a pizza peel. Sur La Table was selling a fantastic wooden one online but wasn’t available in stores. There was another less attractive one available,so I drove down here, mentally resigning myself to just get this other one for convenience. I walk in and right away see the, “online only” model. As quick as a lioness, I pounced on it. A lovely employee named Maria greeted me and welcomed me into the store, and offered to hold my precious peel behind the counter. She then asked if I would care for a coffee, which was quite enjoyable, I opted for a single espresso. I then wondered about taking in all the scenery and wonderful kitchen gadgets. I found a few more clearance items and added them to my counter pile. All that time, Maria, never stopped being courteous. She offered insight if I had any questions without being overbearing. I looked around a bit more and decided to stick to the pile of goodies I already had waiting on the counter. The store was clean, and Maria made me feel welcome. I am equally impressed, lucky, and grateful that one of those peels was in stock. This is the store to go to. Happy Cooking Everyone!

If you like to cook, this place will make you crazy. If there is a tool or gadget that you didnt know you needed, they probably have it. Enter with a spend limit or rue the day.

They have everything you genuinely need for work and home cooking. Service clerks are very helpful and dont hate themselves, shopping here does not feel like a glorified department store like other casual kitchen stores do. The people giving this place negative reviews are the same pretentious people that want their cooking know-how to elevate them to a status similar to royalty, while alo maintaining the same knowledge as a 14 year old watching a cooking channel on a lazy Sunday morning. If you need pots and pans, knives, appliances, or little decor for your kitchen, they have it. Theres also a nice discount for kitchen staff too.

This is one of my favorite cooking stores to visit for all kinds of cooking equipment. They have everything from high end cutlery to cute everyday gadgets and even Christmas ornaments. Everything is very high quality and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. My only tiny quirks is that the store is small to safely navigate in a crowd and a bit on the pricey side.

I love browsing around Sur La Table. I could spend all day and a full pay check there. Yesterday, I enjoyed a complimentary cafe.

Originally placed order online for an item that was in stock. 2 days later, received email stating item on backorder and for an unknown amount of time until item shipped to me. Also, was on hold for 30 minutes with customer service who were unable to provide me with any information. Stressful buying experience.

Lots of dining room and kitchen wares, from pots & pans & spatulas to tablecloths and napkins. Be sure to seek out the bargains in the clearance areas! A nice place to buy a wedding or new home present, or to treat yourself and your home.

Took about 30 minutes for someone to help me out finding something amd even when they did they were very dry and unhelpful. On the register there was only one person attending a large line and when a second person came she was only on there to attend one person then left again to who knows where. Over all I was very tempted to walk out and not purchase anything just because how bad the whole experience was.

I ended up going to the location in Pembroke Pines, 301 SW 145th Ter Pembroke Pines, FL. 33027 because I wanted to return a Nespresso machine that I never opened and was bought 4 days prior to the day I wanted to do a return. It was by far the worst experience I have received in any retailer when it came to a return...First I had to wait 15 mins in line, because there was only one sales associate in line. God forbid I needed help with something on the floor. Then I get to the register and It honestly took 30 mins to process my return. The lady at the register didnt know how to key in my receipt. I asked for a manager 10 mins in, but the associate said she was busy on a conference call. (Im glad to know a conference call is more important than a client). I also work in retail and if thats the case dont take the call if you are short staffed and get notes from a peer and if it ongoing then change the time to out of business hours.Finally the manager comes and she can pull up the receipt. Asks me 1,000 questions about why Im returning it. Opens it, inspects it, and everything. I almost felt accused and or guilty for returning it.Come to find out at the register there is a memo for all your internal theft going on with your credit card situation which is great information for you clients to read, so I connected the dots. She probably thought I was the statistic on the memo.Honestly ZERO customer service, ZERO customer appreciation or connection to the client, and again by far the worst experience of my life when it comes to a return. It really makes you think twice of even purchasing something in that building because what if you want to return something. To have to go through all of that again... No Thank You!I wanted to bring it up to corporates attention because with the way retail is right now, you need all the clients you can get. Hopefully this is going to the right person and would appreciate some sort of response.
