“Mo” at the booth was very sweet and kind. She listened to my requests and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I left with a ring for my husband, earrings, a septum nose ring and she did my second ear piercings as well. She was so gentle and sweet. Amazing services provided ♥️ 💎

They did an awesome job piercing my one year olds ears.

They were very professional and friendly. The Ladies there made sure my 1 year old was comfortable before and after. Even though she cried briefly after repiercing one of her ears they made sure she smiled before leaving. This is my second one Ive been to in years and each one was professional service.

Juan has excellent customer service. This is my first time getting any body piercings and I must say they are great people. Theres nothing to worry about be they make the experience as painless as can be. I was there for less than ten minutes.

Such an awful experience that I walked off and spent my money a few kiosks over. Whats the point of asking, whos next? if youre only going to make eye contact with one of the two parties waiting?? Meanwhile, Im loving the new princess cut earrings that I bought elsewhere.

They have the cutest stuff! My mom got her ears pierced by Jennifer and she was the absolute sweetest girl. My mom was a nervous wreck and she somehow got her to actually get it pierced (there were many attempts prior but she always chickened out). She took her time to pierce although the kiosk was busy. Shes even called every time theres a big sale. Great store and amazing customer service. I believe there are 2 or 3 piercing pagodas at this mall but the one by Sears is always my go to. Better staff and less of a wait.

Rude staff, I called today and the lady who answered the phone not even asked my name and keep saying the they didnt received anything. How you knew that anything was received if you dont even asked under what name was the order. Worse service, no ever again.

Rude and incompetent staff. Instead of informing customers that their systems were down, they swiped two cards, both of them declining, for no apparent reason and despite sufficient funds on the cards. 30 minutes later, both cards were blocked and not even an apology for the inconvenience. Never again, even though their stuff is cute.
