Nestor was a excellent service advisor. He kept me informed and was very courteous. When I recieved my car however it was really difficult to pull out of the parking lot. It was a very tight space to park a 2021 Yukon Denali XL. I could barely squeeze into my car without hitting the car next to me. I had to sandwich my fingers between both my door and the other car so I could not hit it. If I hadnt immediately ran out there it would have been dinged Im sure because not everyone is respectful of others property. Also...I just want to note... when I bought my SUV the salesman was a bit rushed. He just made a huge commission so you would think he would be more gracious and take the the time to atleast say goodbye but after we signed the contract that was the last we really saw of him. The Audio gentleman was wonderful he did take the time and he offered to make sure if I still had questions that he was available anytime. Wish he recieved the commission instead because he was great and very kind. I wish I could Remember his name I just can recall he had a front corner office and was and older gentleman Mr Marvin I think his name was?

Took it in for a leveling kit and it turns out previous owner did it Save Ed me over 600.00. Any other company and not all but with my luck and cars I probably would have paid another co for what I already had. Honesty is key with me. Alex pardon in service was incredible. He made the whole process easy, smooth, and comfortable. We needed an oil change and to fix the shifter in our Acadia and he kept us in the loop the entire time. We never had to call and wonder what was happening because he would call us and tell us what was going on. He is incredible.

I had a warranty issue with the wiper assembly on a 2015 GMC Terrain Denali. I called Vera service department since the GMC dealership where I purchased the vehicle originally didnt answer their phone. Eric in the service department at Vera answered the phone right away and took my question and said he would call back shortly with an answer. Eric called right back and said they would take care of it. This is awesome service and Eric went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Eric was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would recommend Eric and Vera to everyone! This is why I own 2 GMC vehicles!

Hi,We didnt get the deal we were hoping for but the dealership was straight forward in letting us know in this market, there was no deals to be had.Eddy was great staying late to make sure our car was ready to go. He was a professional, I would recommend him. Car it self had a few minor issues we found out about once we got home and hope to have resolved soon.Overall a pretty good experience.

Paid a deposit because I was out of town at the time I saw the vehicle I wanted become available. The deposit was accepted, and the salesman informed me that I had two days to get home and purchase it. The manager, Roberto called me hours later after my deposit saying that the truck is being sold to someone else and that they wouldn’t honor my deposit. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. I will be purchasing any other type of vehicle due to the unsatisfactory treatment by this location. Now I am waiting for my refund on my deposit and it’s a disgrace. Truly sad. They don’t even honor a deposit.
I was literally stranded in Key West on vacation and Leo Pena took the time to ask enough questions to help me get my vintage Corvette started again even before I brought the car in to be serviced - this was after other service centers said they couldnt even look at my car for several weeks! While it was only a temporary fix it lasted long enough for me to get my car from Key West to Ft. Lauderdale, where it died again. It was close enough to get it towed to Vera Motors where Mike Crato was able to squeeze me into the schedule right away. It took a bit to identify the problem since its an older car but Mike made sure I got a ride to my local destination, kept me informed at every step of the process, and then provided a ride back to Vera to pick up after the car was fixed. They all made an unfortunate circumstance less stressful and made me feel totally cared for. Thank you Vera Motors.
Best place took them less than a hour to do a oil change and the guest room had a place to do my work and watch the olympic games. Service was like I was at a 5 star hotel. Will be coming back for any issues with my car.

Vera will never let you down, I used to waste money going to small shops thinking I was saving money but having to get it repaired the right way anyway. Alex in service is the absolute best...it comes with a free car wash too. The mechanics here dont give you ur car bck dirty with stains in ur carpet from dirty shop grease.

Edwin Montoya is my service contact. I brought my GMC Van in for service under warranty. This is my first visit to Vera and so far the experience is great. Edwin processed my van by listening to all of the issues that are present and entering into his tablet. We went over options. Edwin was able to provide me a ride to work through Uber which was great. Within 24 hours, Edwin called me with an update as to the diagnosis then I was able to pick up my van. Since that date, we have been waiting on parts to come in and we already scheduled the date that the work will be done...it is this thorough attention to detail that has me at a point of satisfaction at this point in the process. I am hopeful that the remainder of having the work done and returning the van in a timely manner will all be this smooth!

Roberto greeted me when I entered and introduced me to Jean. Jean showed me several models of Buick and allowed me to test drive each one. He was very patient with me as I decided. When I sat down with him to work out the deal, he offered me less for my trade in than what was offered on the AARP True Car website. He escalated this to the general manager and was able to get me enough to make the payments reasonable. In addition, he offered me options of 0% interest or $2800 in incentives. I chose the 0%% I spoke to the finance manager (Jose?) and he was very warm and friendly and showed my all the options for a warranty. I chose the Platinum package due to his presentation. Jean stayed 3 hours after the dealership closed to assist me in getting the car of my dreams. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I will recommend Vera Buick to all my friends and family

The whole process was smooth. My service advisor Alejandro was easy to work with. He gave me an estimate on how long the service would take, got me setup with a loaner and he kept me updated throughout the day with the progress. Alejandro got me back in my truck the same day and he even walked with me to my truck to make sure the issue had been resolved. Awful service dept. Every time I comeIn early to get a simple thing done I wait and wait and wait. Ide steer clear of this place unless U want to waste half your day and get all frustrated.
I was not going to respond to the initial survey about my problem I had with Vera but since I kept getting emails to respond to my resent visit. I had a bad experience with the service rep. When I first arrived the rep tried to scare me off when I first got to the dealer ship at 08:45. When I pulled up he told me immediately the wait will be 4hrs because I did not have an appointment. I told him even when I do have an appointment it takes that long. He seemed annoyed that I decided to stay. At the end when I told him I had 18,000 GMC points to redeem to go towards my oil change and tire rotation he also seemed annoyed because I did not tell him from the begging that I was going to use my GMC rewards. I had never used my points before and I did not know I had to tell the rep from the begging. I assumed that when I had to pay at the window I just show my GMC redemption code. Anyway, thats my story.
I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised about the service and attention I received from my service advisor Giovanni Rubio. He went above and beyond taking care of a couple of minor issues I had with my new purchase. A lot of people I know, ( myself included) are leery about dealing with dealership service, they don’t always have your best interest in mind.But Giovanni made the whole experience kind of pleasant actually, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting. I ordered a Brand new 2021 GMC Yukon with all the bells and whistles. Well when it came in and we had to go over it and did an inspection on it had a few flaws that needed to be corrected. Between my sales guy TJ and General Manager they made sure i brought it back and hooked me up with Mike in the service department. Once i dropped the vehicle off they came me a loaner and in a couple of days i got my vehicle back. One part is on back order but thats ok. This Dealership along with the staff there is awesome. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle whether its a Cadillac or GMC im sending them there.she

The most typical of experiences. Do yourself a favor a stay away from any dealerships repair department. Costs are overblown and the quality of the repairs are no better than your typical mechanic.Second, be aware that your extended warranty (and factory one I’ll bet) will do whatever they can to deny your claim. They sent an adjuster out to verify VERAs findings. No surprise, they found items where they could read the fine print of the contract and deny the claim.

Service is lacking. Before I had the Denali I had a Lincoln MKT. every time I took the vehicle for service I would get a loaner. Here no. This last time to get an oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours and when they finally delivered the vehicle it had not been washed.
