Beautiful home items

I know this review doesnt matter because they are going out of business but the customer service offered by the manager Inga at this store was terrible. I ordered an item online and Pier 1 sent me something completely different. I spent HOURS trying to get through to customer service and when I did the item I wanted wasnt available to ship. The rep was so sweet and got in touch with this stores manager and put my item on hold. I went there and the line was wrapped around the building for the closing sale. I waited about 10 minutes to see if the line was going to move and it didnt. I called and actually got through to the manager and she told that Id have to wait but when she saw me up front, shed help me. I waited a little longer and was urged by the person behind me to go up front and ask for help. I had my 2 young children with me and I was only exchanging the item they already had on hold. I got to the front and explained to the customers in front I was only exchanging and not cutting them to shop. The manager still advised that I had to wait in line. It would have been at least 2 hours to get into the store and thats on top of the probably 2 hours I spent trying to speak with CS initially. That is completely unacceptable when I was going out of my way to correct an error that Pier 1 made!

Over price mark down is not good deal. The staff was very nice and they respect the 6 foot rule.

Pier 1 is an awesome stores. So many beautiful things for the house its hard to decide what to buy. I highly recommend this store.

Amazing finds. Clean store although so many smells can give you a headache. Clean bathrooms and nice staff.

Always been a fan of Pier 1. The wife loves then more than I as she always seems to find some unique decorations for the house.

Mostly, well odds and ends not much but old outdated nick nacks. But the prices are ridiculous for what they have. Definitely not the store they used to be along time ago.

Bought items at a different location where they scanned similar item but Barcode was slightly different these dodos would not exchange. ..same chain store????

The place is just dirty. Apparently the management does not believe in cleaning the products for a nicer presentation. Not even when you ask point blank for them to wipe the glassware so you can see if it has any defects. Im not kidding, you cannot even see through these glasses. And they are not cheap either. The manager literally ripped some paper towel and pushed ot to me for me to wipe them while she walks away and the sales person stands with her hands in her hips and watches me. OMG... These people really do not want to sell. Im sorry I bothered them... Never will I be stepping into that place again.

This location is one of the worst ever. I have waited forever on hold and in store to get help and the manager doesnt care to come on the phone. They dont call you with reminders like the other locations do when an item for pick up has come in and they do not apologize for anything. Mangers dont care and most employees here have a tough time with English, so the phone gets passed around to multiple people. I just dont like this location at all.
