A great experience from start to finish. Wayne was very knowledgeable, he has been doing this since 2006. Hi-Line is the only authorized Alpine and 3M products for window tinting in Broward county. I had a new Alpine stereo installed in a 2008 Porsche Boxter S and got the windows tinted as well. I have been using Hi Line Styling for over 10 years and they never disappoint. In the last year, I have used Hi Line for paint protection film on my truck and an audio system installed in my car. The 3M clear film came out perfect - couldnt tell that the film was on the truck, great/professional job. For the car audio - Hi Line installed a good mid-range system that included speakers, sub-woofer, amplifier and equalizer. The work is highly professional and clean. The system is full integrated, you literally cant see and evidence of the install. I have never considered using any other shop. Wayne and his crew are the best. Special acknowledgment to Marcus for the meticulous audio install.

Love this place, the only place I take my vehicles to get tint and audio done. Took my 2021 Tahoe in to have all windows tinted. The owner as usual let me know the % the laws allows and what would look good. They never try and over sell, never pressure, and I always come back. Fast and easy, was looking for tints and this place popped up as preferred on the 3M site. Came in and they convinced me why is worth the extra $ on the quality materials.

Did 2 cars here. One of them almost a year ago and so far is looking great. No air bubbles under tint, guys did a neat job. On another one they removed all the adhesive left from previous tint and put a new tint on. Within a few hours everything was done. These guys have a great attention to details and work clean. I definitely recommend this place for tinting.

I came to the store to upgrade my truck OEM speakers and looking to install a little bass. The owner listened to what I wanted and gave me different options, not the most expensive speakers, just the ones that will work well for what I wanted. He gave me a schedule for the installation and it was very fast. He kept me updated of the status and it was a clean installation and it sounds great. Ill be visiting the store for future installs.

I have come to Wayne and the team at Hi-Line since 2013. I had 5 vehicles tinted at this place. My 13 ATS, 15 Terrain, (husbands 16 Challenger), 18 XT5, and now my newest lease, a 21 XT6. I will admit that I was referred from my dealership, which by the way brings by tons of vehicles, but that is because the service, reliability and customer service is above all the rest. Wayne is always honest. I wanted the 90% crystaline for my front windshield. It turned out that they did not have enough film and would have to come back. To me, as a consumer, my biggest criticism for all businesses is the lack of clear, and honest communication. This is never an issue at Hi-Line. Wayne and his team tell you the truth, like it is. They have never, EVER, tried to upsell me or sway me in any other direction other than what I was trying to accomplish. I trust this place with all my vehicles and have recommended them out- but it was time to give the Hi-Line team the review they rightfully earned, albiet a little late.

I have used Hi Line for years for window tinting and other car accessories. I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and went directly to Hi Line to get the windows tinted and ended up getting an amazing Alpine sound system installed. I went to see Wayne about 3 years ago. He is one of the most genuine guys. Not money hungry he actually cares about the customer. I just bought a 2021 Toyota Supra A91 that I know needed some bad a** tinting. You get what you pay for. You want some cheap swap shop tinting that’s going to bubble up on you. Go to the swap shop. If you wanna pay for professional work that lasts you forever, go see Wayne. Easily the best tint job in all of south Florida!

Took my car here for window tinting. Im very disappointed with the job that they did. Seems like they rushed it and would not acknowledge the mistakes that they did. Tint is starting to fade and bubbles are appearing in visible areas. The workmanship here is very poor. I better hope they stand with their warranty or else I will just keep spreading the word around about this place.Until then, Avoid the headache and this place at all costs! Go to a tint shop that actually cares about their customers.

This was the only place that answered quickly, gave me an estimate immediately and sent me a 3D image of how my radio would look in my car within 10 mins of the conversation. The owner Wayne was spectacular, and customer service was just incredible, I definitely coming for my speakers and tints with them only, highly recommended, don’t waste your time going anywhere else . Dont trust Wayne as a business owner. Back in August I had them install apple car play and a back up camera in my car. Sounds simple, right? I pay them top dollar to purchase and install (over $1K). They did a horrible job. Red flags, when it was time to pick up my BMW X5 Wayne immediately states its the first time he installs apple car play on my model car. Few days later is when I notice the horrible job they did cuz everything is a total mess when it comes to listening to music and features. The day I picked up my car he also states theres an update he needs to install (why didnt he warn me before?). Anyway, I call and call and call him and every time he gives me the runaround. Its been a month or so since we last spoke (waiting on some upgrade) and doesnt have the decency to return my calls. They did a TERRIBLE job and theres nothing I can do about it but my next step is BBB (Better Business Bureau). Hope youre reading this, Wayne.

Needed my audio upgraded in my car so I purchased a poineer system with nav, touch screen and the whole nine. Over the phone someone whos name I cant remember quoted me $900 to install. I get there and its totally a new policy from one afternoon to the next that they dont install unless product is purchased at their location. One employee even offered to install outside the business meaning hell do it on the side type deal. Asked for a manager and wasnt available. Left my card and I havent heard from anyone but dont bother at this point. Already had my audio done with your competitors down the block.

Got there...estimates of time and price given. Updates given. What i wanted was given. Excellent. I will be back for more work to be done.

This was my 1st professional system.. Needless to say all my life Ive always gotten the hood hook up lol (Driveway instalation) And let me tell you the customer service goes above and beyond.. And that paired with the professional and detailed work done by this shop and the crew is absolutely top notch! I highly recommend this shop! I pretty much got a head unit installed including amplifier all done in about 2 and a 1/2 hours in the place was very busy at that! Would I return absolutely!! I took my car 25 year old Jaguar in to have a power source added directly from a fuse. The installer did not know where the fuse boxes were located as he apparently was not familiar with my car. Instead of asking me (I was in the waiting room) or googling fuse box locations for my car. The installer searched and searched and then decided to cut a hole in the side of my dash (stupid) to look for a fuse box. When I noticed the damage the installer told me that the dash end cap had just broken when he tried to remove it. As is apparent from the picture I have provided the dash end cap has an evenly cut hole and even a pencil marking that was probably a guide. When I complained to the person in charge (owner/manager) he backed the installer by repeating the foolishness that it had broken when the installer tried to remove it searching for a fuse box. I told him that it did not break and that it was insulting to my intelligence for them continue saying that. I told him the installer could have consulted me as I was on the premises in the waiting area or googled the issue. Instead of apologizing and being straight with me, the owner/manager told me that he did not want to talk about what the installer could have done. He offered to pay for a replacement end cap for my dash (thank goodness)and I accepted but he was arrogant. They need to acknowledge that they do not know everything and they should learn to ask for or get help instead of cutting up peoples cars. Common sense should have told the installer that you never have to cut a hole to access a automobiles fuse panel. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID! If I could rate them -10 stars I would. If you visit this shop (good luck because you have been warned) make sure you get them to show you how they plan to do what ever work and not to hesitate to ask you questions about YOUR automobile.

I usually dont write reviews but I had to write one for the owner Wayne who is full of attitude. SO MANNY RUIZ, CHARLOTTE JOHNSON, JEFFREY VINCENT AND JULIAN TRIBBLE WHO GAVE THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY HERE ON GOOGLE REVIEWS WERENT LYING AFTER ALL. This is a long review and if no one else reads it I am sure Wayne will. If I could give 0 stars I would. Back in January I got my vehicle tinted and they did not do a good job. I brought this to his attention as well as other members of his staff. God never sleeps and KARMA is real and that is why I dont feel bad when people are going through misfortune because you never know what they did to others to put them in their current position. I am a firm believer in treating everyone fairly and giving customers the service they paid for and fix it if it is not up to par. I was referred to this business three years ago by someone no longer gets their vehicle tinted here anymore and I WONDER WHY. My first vehicle tinted here was a 2017 BLK LEXUS RX350, it was tinted in 2017 and it was tinted to perfection (I had no complaints but again this was my first time coming here, I usually go to the dealership). I decided to purchase a second vehicle and got a 2020 WHI BMW 530I in January of this year. Usually tints need to dry completely before you can determine whether or not the film has imperfections. This takes about 1 week but varies on different conditions. If you look in my driveway and put both vehicles next to each other you would never believe that these two vehicles were tinted from the same business. I called before I went to the business a few weeks after the service was done when I realized that there were spots on the tint film of ALL OF THE WINDOWS. I took my vehicle back to the business and was told mechanic is on lunch and could not wait and staff had a whole attitude. (AS IF THEY DONT THINK I AM A DOCTORAL STUDENT, HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS AND A GOVERNMENT JOB ). I dont have time to waste so I told the staff I would come back a few days later which I did. When I came back to the business MR ATTITUDE walked around the car and made every possible excuse as to why the tint film looked MESSY ON EACH WINDOW and told me he would only redo the two front windows as they looked the worst. The windows still looked at mess after he did the two front windows. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER WINDOWS THAT LOOKED AT MESS? JUST LAZY AND WORTHLESS. Mind you, I have documentation that shows that warranty is included with the purchase for EACH window, not just the TWO FRONT WINDOWS. I rightfully disputed the $198.42 charge with the bank due to not being satisfied with the results and he is so money hungry and cheap and KNOWS HE DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB and is claiming that it is a THEFT OF SERVICES. HE IS ALSO A LIAR, YOU CAN KEEP THE MONEY :) I MAKE MORE THAN $198.42 IN AN HOUR WITH MY BUSINESS AND JOB COMBINED. I GUESS THE OWNER NEEDS THE MONEY DESPERATELY. Anyways I had the tints removed and took it to VISTA BMW got it tinted to PERFECTION FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND I PAID $400 WITH A SMILE, NO COMPLAINTS.ANYWAYS GOD BLESS.

I went in to have 1 10 inch sub installed into my car along with an amp. When they finished, I found out they upgraded to a 12 inch sub for free. The owner, Wayne, said that he thought the 10 would be too small and that the 12 sounds better.Great customer service.

I had car tinting done here around 8 years ago and it came with a lifetime warranty. Recently one of the window tinting started to be wrinkled. I took it back to Hi-Line and they honored the warranty so there was no charge to me. The staff (I think her name is Tonya) there was very friendly and the service was fast. Coming back with my other car soon thank you for your helpSo I came back a few months ago purchased a $800 alpine for my other car I told him I was coming back in a few weeks so he can install my system he asked me what I had I told him he said no problem so I called him a few weeks ago to set up an appointment to do the install so the guy tells me if I didn’t buy everything I need it for my system from him he would not do the install he did not mention that to me at the time that I was buying the radio from him he neglected to advise me of that problem funny huh well no problemI had it done somewhere else I want to other shops in the area like Cartronics and they were willing to do the insulation I want to other places the same thing no problem and everyone was charging about the same $900 so At the of day Wayne Lost a customer forever and lost $900 he would’ve made in the installation with him probably a little more but nevertheless his loss I drove by there the day before I decide to take the car somewhere else everyone was sitting in the back playing with her phones there was no work they were just sitting aroundBusiness must be boomingLol...

Very limited in the services they can provide for being a window tinting business. I asked if they would install tints for my brake lights and they couldnt do that. The guy didnt offer any suggestions or if i wanted anything else. I am currently looking for a new audio systems for my car and would have done it there if the customer service was up to par

Had tint done on my JL Wrangler and the wifes Volvo XC60. The volvo has protruding window panels which caused very minor smudges on the first go around. I asked for it to be redone, they took the panels off, no complaints and did a great job at no additional cost. Owner is very friendly and they have full audio/lighting capabilities. Will be coming back.

Save yourself. Respect your car. I received tint service months ago and finally figured out how to write google reviews. I have bubbles in my tints and scratches on my window from tint removal. When I spoke to the manager, I was told that i have bubbles because my car is old and the scratches, *shoulder shrugs*. So if you dont super fancy expensive vehicle, DONT EXPECT QUALITY SERVICE.
