I always have a good experience here but my service today definitely prompted a review. As usual I enjoyed the southwest chicken sandwich but surprised myself with the French greens salad. Simply incredible. From the decadent but healthy vinaigrette topping to the cranberries and goat cheese and down to the leaves, it was was simply delicious.My wife and mother in law also enjoyed the food tremendously. It’s a beautiful seating area and a great service experience as well. Highly recommend

The aesthetic of this little restaurant is beautiful the staff is so welcoming and attentive. I had a delicious personal pizza that was delicious.

Favorite place for a Prosciutto Sandwich. My favorite Cheese Course location is the one in Pembroke Gardens Mall.

You can basically sit for 15 minutes and nobody will even look at your face. You dont even get a menu in the main time. Awful service.

The food is really good and the atmosphere is nice for lunch. Plan on spending some extra time as it usually takes a while with limited servers.

It saddens me to see an understaffed establishment. There were 4 employees and they had to take care of the customers outside, phone, Uber eats, customers inside, people coming in for takeout and make the food. I waited 40 minutes for 3 cold soups and a prosciutto sandwich that was decent. I cannot blame the food being mediocre when there are not enough employees to make it great.

Worst service experience ever, very disappointed with the service on how everyone was treated.

I ordered a salad to go to accompany fish my husband was cooking at home. When I got home, there was no salad dressing at all! I had ordered it on the side. Very disappointing for the price of the salad. Considering that there was only 1 other customer also doing take out, really no excuse not to get order correct!

It’s a simple, clean and small place, it reminds me to the European Cafes, the service was Pour, with a lack of knowable of what they were selling or the products they have, we order a house 🏠 wine 🍷, mine was Drinkable, my wife’s was spoiled, the menu was not creative, the cheese boards were average. The only thing that I really like was the Decor. I hate to leave bad reviews but this warrants it :/ don’t come here, horrible service and the food isn’t a big or cooked portion. it will take at least an hour for the food to come and the servers ignore u..i saw a family pleading loudly for the server and the server just walked past by them, save ur money !

They should have most of the time all the menu items available and there is always some ingredient missing and I’m not able to order what i really want and i end up going somewhere else. Over this location. Every time I come there is an issue. The weston location serves the American field salad with white cheddar. This location never seems to have white cheddar. I just called my order in ahead of time to avoid waiting. I came to pick up my order and surprise surprise its not ready.........because no white cheddar.....again! Fine.....i substitute for another cheese. Wait forever for them to make it, get it home and they forgot my bread. Last time they forgot my extra tuna. Definitely check your to go orders here. I wont come back to this location but the owners should really make sure all the locations are consistent with the quality.

Not only does this Cheesecourse have the worst customer service, their menu choices are not always available and they screw up online orders consistently. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

Great place. Beautifully prepared foods. Large portions. EXCELLENT and efficient service. Perfect place for my hubby and I to chill, eat excellent Hummus, with toasted bread, fresh raw veggies, and freshly brewed coffee. Luis and Elvis are excellent and attentive servers. Will def return.

This place is pretty good. The food is delicious and the bread is just perfect. However, the service in this place is a mess. If you have been here before, you know how the service is just terrible. The tables are never clean until you say something. Your order is probably going to be forgotten right after you order something. This customer had to wait 5 minutes for salt and pepper. But despite the laughable service, the food here is actually worth it. That’s the only reason why people are coming, the food is delicious. After a customer waited nearly 30 minutes for a sandwich, she still enjoyed her food.If the service was just better, it would a perfect restaurant.

Don’t know what’s become of this place. Ordered a classic Greek salad, soup and a Caprese salad for me and my wife. The caprese salad tomatoes were not ripe and the salad had no glaze drizzled on it. My “Greek” salad came with chicken salad on lettuce with some grapes, avocado and cheese. We’ve eaten at the cheese course in Weston a bunch of times and this would never happen there.

Omg I came here early and it was like visiting a well off friend in her place in Europe. The decor, music, food just all amazing. Honestly forgot I was in Florida for a minute. Such lovely people and I will be back very soon!

RIP OFF. While I did enjoy the flavor of my soup I will not be returning. I visited here on a random Wednesday around 4pm, I was the ONLY customer in the entire restaurant. I ordered the Salmon Sandwich and Soup. I paid $13.50 for the smallest lettuce and tomato sandwich I have ever seen! I kid you not I shouldve brought a ruler it had to be 4inches if that and not only a tiny portion but they packed the sandwich with lettuce and tomato. The salmon was so small that when I bit into it I had to open my sandwich to make sure there was salmon even on it and when I opened it there was the smallest piece of smoked salmon on it. It didnt even measure out to the size of the bread! and on top of all that I asked for olives instead of capers on my sandwich? an extra $1 on top of my bill! So in total 13.50 for bread and tomato sandwich + $1 for olives? I think not. Will not be returning.

The decor in this restaurant is amazing, however the service is awful. The service is extremely slow, our waiter was terrible, everytime we asked for something we had to remind him that we were still waiting. We ordered our drinks (which were water) and it took forever to be brought out, we ordered 3 bowls of soup, that once they arrived they were cold. Then when I asked for the check I had the waiter stand directly over me as I was trying to decide how much tip to leave. I wasnt satisfied with the service at all and I wasnt going to leave the suggested tip amount, but with his hovering over me I felt extremely uncomfortable of leaving anything less. I wasnt satisfied with anything from cheese course that day, everything was overpriced for the lousy experience that I had. Definitely wont be returning to this location.

Best mushroom soup you’ll ever have in your life. Just wish the Pembroke Pines location had a breakfast menu, I usually go to the Cheese Course in Weston, and their breakfast is extraordinary.

If you enjoy the overwhelming smell of windex while you’re eating you’re overpriced sandwich that you waited over 30 min for then this is the place for you! After asking to speak to the manager, Lauren and being brushed off, I am happy to never return.

The food tastes great. Really good quality. The main issue with this restaurant is the the price. It is quite expensive for what you get. All portions are very small. I had a cheese and cold cut board that came with 5 thin slices of manchego and a small slice of brie, with a bit of sausage and prosciutto. $33....... while we definitely enjoyed the food, I am afraid we will never be back

I love this place but when I went to this location the first time they spent 30 minutes to prepare a half sandwich with cheese and prosciutto. The second time they did my sandwich wrong. Its a nice place but theyre very inefficient. Its not like the other cheese course Ive been to.

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time everything was delicious the yucon potato and tomato bisque are both to die for and the sandwiches come with chips that were delicious as well staff was very kind and knowledgeable, would highly recommended if you have never been

I love the Cheese Course, so was very excited and could hardly wait for it to open. But this location was a bit disappointing on my first visit, though the 2nd visit was better. Too many people trying to work on one thing and not getting it quite right. Too many things different from the Weston location, i.e., they have sandwich portions pre-wrapped and less apetizing, whereas Weston prepares everything fresh to order. Also, my glass of wine was from a tap and tasted awful. My hope is that they will continue to get better, as again, I love the Cheese Course.

This is the newest restaurant at this plaza and it shows. The interior is beautifully designed and it provides a nice atmosphere. The food is delicious and I would say you couldnt order a bad meal here. You order at the counter and walk down to the register where you order your drinks and pay. The meals are narrow sandwiches, assorted soup du jours, and of course cheese plates. However delicious they may be, they are on the pricier side of the spectrum. The prices range from $6 to $10+. The $6 is for half a narrow sandwich. We felt the price didnt hold up to what we were getting overall but we dont regret eating here. So if you want to feel fancy for the night or have a natural disposition for pretentiousness this place is for you.
