I ACTUAOLY RATE THIS A 0 BUT I CANT ..I had Ordered Strawberries for my Mother in Law for Mothers Day because we Live out of State, They was to be delivered on Saturday may 9th 2021 She was not home so we received a call advising they would be left outside at door we advised No because they would melt due to heat, So we asked if they could be delivered Sunday through Text because of Language Barrier, We Advised that someone would be Home ALL DAY, Nobody Showed. Called Monday Morning They Said They went Out on Sunday and They Did Not . I Advised MY MIL would pick up even though I Paid $14.99 for Delivery but I wanted to make sure she received them ..The Packaging was not pretty at all and was just thrown in a Box.. Im Not Happy At All ..Im very Disappointed that they would send this order to Anybody and cant complain because of the Language Barrier ..DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION...

Daniel delivered to my sister for her birthday. She wasnt home when he delivered and could not leave at her house due to the fruit not being good. So he called back 2 hours later around 7pm to try to deliver again. He delivered the fruit to her moms house that was about 10 min away. My sister was so happy with the delivery! Daniel thank you for caring enough to make my sisters birthday! awesome customer service!

Talking about customer service they were very friendly and patient with me. I placed an order of three arrangements for the next day, specific time delivery and everything... well, I had to call the same day to cancel the order because it was a corporate event and my company had to suspended the meeting. The lady over the phone was super nice with me letting me re-schedule my order. But two hours later, I called to re-place the order, only two arrangements and different time delivery. The driver made it on time and they came in perfect conditions. Let’s wait to see if they taste as good as they look.

3rd time i order from this store. 3rd time something is missing. I order a $60 - 12 strawberries mothers day box. They were not like the picture. They were missing the little chocolate mothers day arrangements. Same happened with fathers day and other occasion. Never again will pay so much money and not get what i order.I went to my local market, got a box of strawberries and a girardelli chocolate to melt box. Spent $15 total and made myself better chocolate covered strawberries than edible arrangements, the best!!!

Received a beautiful arrangement for Mothers day. However the melon was not ripe as it was hard.The pink covered strawberries were bad 4 of them 1 even had mold on the stem yet it was nicely covered in pink and withe . I found this out and decided to check the others and saw that they were battered and definitely should not be eaten. I called the location and was put on hold for 30 minutes and had to call back,the person did not even apologize or said she would make sure it never happend again. In stead she made excuses of the fruits being fresh. This is very unacceptable. I could have gotten sick I will not be eating another edible arrangement again.

AMAZING!!! Place was also clean. Staff was friendly and also wore mask. Location was good. Enjoyed my edible arrangement!! Will be back for sure

Great gift ideas. Love the platter. Sometimes the fruit isnt ripe but it always looks nice.

I do not recommend going to this location. I came in to get some chocolate covered bananas. the cashier told me that i had to order ahead and it would take 30 mins, came back 30 minutes later and she had that look in her face as if she had forgotten. she went in the back for 5 minutes and a lady bought my cup. the bananas were old and tasted bitter. plus it seems as if they pulled it off other arrangements to create 5 huge pieces for me. I normally make them myself, seems like i will continue to do so.

I wish I would have taken some time to read reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered a heart box with two dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my 24 year anniversary. I received a call from an employee early morning that the heart box was discontinued and that they will place my strawberries in a platter. I tried calling to discuss and no one picked up after 10 minutes of waiting . I arrived to see this platter and proceeded to tell the cashier that this arrangement looks more like something for a business meeting than for my wife of 24 years. She proceeded to make me feel as if I had to deal with it because it was corporates fault that they didnt have the box. At no time was there any attempt to help me make this nice. I honestly dont know how this location remains in business. Covid must have been good to them because instead of improving customer service, they seem to flat out not give a damn!! You wont get me again

Ordered edible arrangements from this location on 2 different occasions- once for a family member in the hospital and another for a family members birthday. Both times we were absolutely pleased with the orders! Our family members were just delighted with their arrangements and said the fruit was so fresh, sweet, and beautifully made. We live in Maryland so its hard to coordinate things from a distance. However, edible arrangements makes it so easy to order online and this location does a fabulous job with the arrangements. We absolutely recommend this location to others!!

Had a really last minute birthday gift for someone who is battling an autoimmune disease. I placed my order @ 3:59pm and Ashley from this location was too lazy to melt the chocolate for the chocolate covered strawberries I placed an order for. Mind u they close at 5pm. What a nice gesture Ashley. We definitely need more lazy people like you when it comes to customer service.

Im only giving a one star because I have to rate it.....This location is horribly ridiculous. The driver delivered my arrangement in his personal car and not in a van that suppose to have freezers to keep the fruit cold..... When I opened my arrangement, the strawberries were NOT fresh...the oranges looked like I cut them myself for my grandson....meaning the one tray looked not professionally made. With the 2nd tray, the strawberries on top of the desserts that was covered with chocolate were NOT fresh and the one cookie I ate taste awful... My boyfriend paid over $100 for this tray to surprise me. This location in Pembroke Pines should be closed down! Oh, did I mention, I had to walk out to the main road to meet the driver.....worst surprise ever!!!! Thanks Edible Arrangements....I had better from the location in Sunrise, FL.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday. They did a great job had it delivered right on time and when I called and explained why I needed it delivered in a particular window of time they made it happen. My daughter loved her arrangement.

Wonderful service! We needed an arrangement in about an hour and they went out of their way to accomodate or request. Friendly staff and super service. The arrangement was beautiful and all the fruit was very fresh. While I was waiting, I had their strawberry lemonade slushie. OMG! Wow! That was so delicious. Definitely my new go to place for gifts!

I ordered a Just Because Bouquet for a delivery today....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You ruined my surprise! I was attempting to surprise my boyfriend and you called to confirm he would be there. Why would you do that? I even called yesterday to give you specific hours on when to deliver because I knew when he would be home. I’m highly dissappointed, this was a special occasion and it is now ruined. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN!!!

Nasty old fruits

I did a $99 gift with this guys yesterday for our 3rd anniversary and it turned out terrible, first of all $99 for a little fruits with some chocolate, then I suppose to receive the little bear with some message that I left for my wife, but of course nothing of that arrived here!!!! You guys are thief this is a robbery without guns!!!!I’ll never go back to this place not even for free!!!!

This is the worst place you can order from.... please choose any other edible arrangement but this one.... the customer service sucks.... the lady had no idea where the driver was or how to get in contact with him... at least thats what she told me.....

My cousin loved her gift...chocolate covered strawberries 1 dozen and a belgium chocolate lollipop 🍭 with balloons

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order for my nieces 18th Birthday for an arrangement with a bundle of balloons and they failed to deliver what I ordered. To begin, they forgot to include all the balloons and their resolution was to deliver the balloons the next day AFTER my nieces bday. Then they attempted to refund me the money for the balloons ONLY, which isnt sufficient considering they messed up what couldve been an amazing surprise. The person who answers calls at the store is incompetent and Ive yet to receive a callback from the store manager. Save your money and order elsewhere!!!!

Waited for delivery until after 6pm, driver let balloon blow away, then left came back a few minutes later only to find out he did not deliver the entire order... called store to complain said they would send a ballon the next day...called store the next day to find out timeframe for delivery an employee I think her name was Jaime was very rude and disrespectful as if I should not be calling back for a balloon that was paid for...called back for manager that indicated would receive balloon and some type of fruit package for inconvenience....received balloons but did not receive complimentary package.... also the card did not include who the gift was from only that it was for my BD; had to call the store, blamed that on the order was placed online.....was very disappointed with this location, very unprofessional, rude, and most importantly does not value their customers...will never order from this location at 8180 Pines Blvd....

Horrible service. I wanted to give 0 Stars. I ordered a box of strawberries and a teddy bear on Saturday night to be deluged Sunday for my friends graduation from medical school. She was going to be home the whole day Sunday. They gave her a call earlier in the day to make sure she would be home and she told them she would be. 3-4 hours later, she says no one has has contacted her so I tracked the order. It said “delivery unsuccessful” and no one had tried to even contact either of us. I had made sure to leave specific directions that once they entered the gate (gate code was given to them) to call her and she would come down from her apartment. They didn’t even call after the initial call. I called them and they had already closed the store. I called customer service, and left a voicemail and they still haven’t responded. I’m disappointed that this store has such horrible service. And I’m left in the dark. So much for a surprise.
