Avoid shopping here especially if you are one to possibly return or exchange something. I recently purchased a headband, unworn, barely touched literally in the bag, I needed to return it because my niece had one already. They told the policy after going to return it and they said final sale, no exhanges, nothing. So the sales associate with no hesitation says I can email, not cal because I’m not allowed to call, who ever owns the store. After a second email being sent as to why it’s taking so long to reply, I waited 24 hours by the way, she finally saw it and replied that she’s on vacation, like why would that matter to me if the problem is not being resolved. And that the policy is on the site and on the receipt and sorry it wasn’t made aware before the purchase. I used to recommend people to go here and now not anymore. Plus the materials of the shoes don’t last long. Again at the end no solution to the problem was made.

I love their shoes and their prices are reasonable.
