I went today for the pop Funko tanjiro release. This guy was angry for some reason and ended up taking the figures from the guy in front of me. I felt bad so I gave my second one to the guy who got his taken. And I called later to ask if for next time they could put them behind the counter to prevent something like from happening. The manager was incredibly kind and understanding. And even offered me the chance to get a second one that they had in the back. That made my day. I wish I knew her name but she forever has my thanks. This just proved to me how much they actually care.

I come here so often to pick up my orders that they recognize my name. The store is well organized and sectioned off based on interest. The workers are super helpful and there is always a sale. Plus its usually where I get my merch from.

Hot Topic is Hot Topic and youll always be assured thats good and cool! Its a bit small and has a max occupancy of customers BUT the latter helps keep it navigable, plus the store itself is very clean! Inventory is as varied and fun as ever and adds to the atmosphere itself. Customer service was friendly and attentive, real a plus there. No complaints, a great hot topic like all of them seem to be.

Every month I bring my daughter in to buy anime stuff. They always have a great selection and great sales. They always give you hot cash that can be used on a future purchase. The employees are helpful and friendly :-)

Dont pass this fragrance boutique up, the lady here is very experienced and helpful in finding that right cologne or perfume to your liking. I appreciated that she wasnt insistent that I buy anything and just enjoyed helping me explore the colognes she thought Id like.

The service here is terrible I walked in and it smelled extremely bad they should definitely make the workers wear uniforms because the way these works dress is absolutely traumatizing I don’t know how any of these workers have a job here and don’t even get me started with the manager talk about customer service he just loves to yell and scream At the Customers never ever will I shop here again I will be suing I had enough I wish there was zero star rating cause this place needs to be shut down and the fact that none of the workers wear there mask right like hello there’s covid going around such a dirty place like have u seen the floors get this place shut down especially since they don follow covid rules at all

I have been planning to do a mall cosplay with my friends for the longest time but due to Covid 19, I was unable to for a while. When we finally were able to go to this mall, we instantly went to hot topic. I understand that due to Covid, it can be stressful, but that is no reasonable to push out paying customers even if they are just teens. We patiently waited outside just like everyone else and still were rushed. Not to mention that the Manager was rude to us and everyone else in the line.

Horrible service. Standing in line waiting to be taken care of and they take others after you instead and make you wait even longer. Not professional at all.

My teenagers love this store, specially my daughter since she finds all her anime favorites. The precautions they are taking due to covid-19 give you a sense of relief and make going back to the store not so scary.

Really mean treatment they rold me at 6:52 that the store was closed when the entire mall is open and told me no. Now my daughter is left with out the Christmas presents that she wanted. Very rude. Never again will i buy her anything in hot topic

Always my favorite store! Great staff! If they don’t have what you want in stock, you can order it in store to ship to your house for no fee! Always having great sales and reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recommend for gifts, friends, family or yourself.

They have huge size blocking the entrance and exit after you go into the store this is fire hazard as if they was an actual fire you wouldn’t be able to exit . The sign has to be moved each time and the employees are not quick to move it .This is major issue. Also Broward county is in phase 2 and they are still only letting 7 people in, when retail is supposed to be fully open .

In the last month, Ive been to the Hot Topic in Pembroke Lakes Mall several times. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable. Lately we have been hunting for Pop Funkos. The negative is this store doesnt have many Pop Funkos. Most of the time the Pop Funko wall isnt full and they dont have many exclusives at any given time. Also, because of the pandemic they strictly enforce a limit of customers in the store which makes me feel safe in this store. Good job, Hot Topic Pembroke Lakes Mall!

Purchased items online to be delivered in store.When I placed my order- the delivery to store time was 8 business days- I waited and all I received was email of order being processed.On day 9, I called the store directly and the Hot Topic associate that answered the phone was Nasty! She didn’t even let me explain why I was calling. She kept talking over me saying, Did you get the confirmation email that we have it! Did you get it! And I was like, let me talk.She put me on hold without saying anything and a different associate got on the phone who was quite helpful and patient. She asked me for my order number and guess what?? My stuff was already at the store. I had not received anything f Hot Topic that my items had been delivered to the store. Hence the main reason I called. I know during the holidays things get busy. So I was willing to let that slide. But with that Nasty mouthed sales rep, only reason I’m giving this store 3 stars is because Aldana was very patient and helpful.Good luck staying in business if you continue to hire impatient and incompetent associates.

Too Expensive.

Around this time of year Hot Topic has a lot of my favorite materials out since its close to Halloween. Everything on the wall or on a rack with great presentation. Now the only thing that Ill say is that if you were a size small, it tends to run out quick.

Don’t know why I haven’t written a review considering I go at least once a month and I still love it! As far as merchandise goes, this place packs a whole lot in such a tiny place and has much better service than all the other hot topics down south. They make you feel like you’re family and will help you with whatever you need. Wish more places were this great.

Horrible service did a 3 hour wait line to buy funkos the guy came screamed that they were not going to sell them today which was a lie and then let the resellers from up front to buy 5 of each so basically just a few people could buy the funkos. It was so crazy even the police was involved, the manager handle the situation horribly and left a bunch of customers sad with no funkos.

Every T shirt you can think of. Would have been 6 stars if there was more space. A tight fit when busy.

I never used to go to hot topic but ever since they started to carry BT21 products, I go like every month. The store is pretty small and cramped but there’s usually not too many people in there anyway. They have a rewards program but I’m not sure what kind of perks it’s has. It’s mostly blue-hair girls and the like that work there, but they’re pretty friendly.

I love this store, the employees are always willing to provide you with great service.

The service is better than any Publix I’ve ever been to and the lighting and theme gives the store a magical feel. Cheaper version of Lunch Box. I know Hot Topic is the original but they have just gotten so sloppy its hard to want to walk in there first. Although they tend to be cheaper and have a bigger clearance than most.

Definitely a place to go if you like Anime merchandise! Anime shirts and cosmetics with a good/laid back staff definitely worth the visit ! Theres nothing too graphic and it feels like youre right at home.

Always been very fond of this store, but due to the covid-19 pandemic and the restriction guidlines there only allowing 7 customers inside the store at a time while other stores inside the mall have no strict guidelines and you can walk inside the store no problem.

Great but wished the damn workers wouldnt hover so much knowing most of their shoppers are peobably shy or awkward.

I love this place beacuase they sell official BT21 merch and they sell anime too such as....my hero academia,naruto,dragon ball, and much more they also have a section for pins if you want some and they also sell pop! Figurines!
