I have shopped here for a long time.. Have had awesome experiences at this location..The staff has always been polite and helpful..

This place looks appealing originally but once inside they dont really have aot of variety and they are super over priced.

Terrible order service. Ordered a shirt from the store to be picked up in store weeks ago. Was told it would be around 10 days or so for it to get to them. They also said we would recieve an email confirmation and an email when the item arrived. Never got either email or a call saying my order came in. I did however receive an email asking to review my product almost a month after ordering so that tells me they had the right email on file. I also got a phone call reminding me of the box lunch bucks I got. Ended up refunding the order in the end. Also if you do order for the pick up your order is placed next to the door out of visibility to the cash register which to me is asking for trouble.

Pop culture store that has some interesting items we dont see anywhere else. Staff here are always polite and helpful.

I use to order online from BoxLunch as well as shop in the stores. That ends for me today. I ordered several things online yesterday and money was withdrawn from my bank account SIX times for one transaction . They fixed this however the customer service was very rude about it, when they clearly did not have a right to withdraw funds from my account over and above what I ordered! Not even one extra transaction let alone SIX. I understand things happen but to get treated rudely was uncalled for in my opinion.I do not recommend giving this place any business and I will no longer be shopping here. One piece of a advice if you do order inline from this store watch it. They may try to scam you.

I will no longer be shopping here ! I order online exclusive items was charged six times for two items . They money was put back into my account however when I called costumer service about this issue they were rude . I was told it was my fault to much got taken out . The website clearly had issues I was willing give the store and website another chance after getting treated rudely that’s not happening. Hot topic will be getting my business from now on .

Ordered a shirt for my nephew a couple of weeks ago. order was canceled and I was never updated nor emailed. I called to check up and the store manager was useless. thankfully their company customer service was 100% more helpful than their actual store manager.

Came to exchange a shirt that I purchased a few weeks back with my Box Lunch money. The issue was that the shirt was too small. Addiotionally, I had lost my original receipt and was just hoping for a credit. The friendly employee was able to look up my transaction and even better, allowed me to get another shirt so I would not lose the Box Lunch money that I used that day. Great service, now I will make this my go to Box Lunch Store

This place is absolutely incredible. There are so many cool items for fans of Dragon Ball Z, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, and so much more. Easily spent more than an hour here admiring everything in the store. Their staff is the friendliest and most helpful too. They also can price match their website if you happen to find the item you want cheaper on their site. That said, prices can vary and either be just right or a bit steep depending on what you find. They also donate to causes from sales so even better!#LetsGuide

If you want an amusing pop culture vendor full of interesting tchotchkes, this is a good place. However, their prices are a bit higher than average. I am unsure how close they stick to their claim of helping feed folks, but would be interested to see figures.

The manager here is super rude and aggressive. I went with my family to purchase a lounge fly, he seems to have some anger issues. And this company is supposed to be a pillar in the community? He needs to go asap.

Sort of a Disneyfied Hot Topic. Had a lot of fun little gifts and while I thought PRI es were high, most of it was on sale so my bill was much lower than I thought it would be. And join their reward program...it gives a meal to needy.

If youre like me and sad about the way Hot Topic turned out many years later....youll love Box Lunch...its as though it captured the essence of HT and Spencer but then grew up to cater to its now more mature audience.

Best store ever. The fact they donate is half the reason I shop here and they have stuff youll never find anywhere else. Lol do I go too often that they know me by name? Yes. The answer is yes.

Boxlunch is honestly the only reason why I go to Pembroke Lakes mall. There service and product is both tier top at all times, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Im a frequent shopper there and I just love there shirts, pins, Funko Pops, etc. Has an amazing selection of Disney products too. 👍👌🔥

Awesome store full of unique items and good prices.

I called the store today July 12th around 4:30 a young man picked up the phone and was very rude and even before finishing the question hung up the phone. I think ownership needs to retrain their staff on proper phone etiquette when dealing with a customer.

Worst. Mgr is the worst. Store does not check online orders nor let customer know that they are there. If you know you have issues with online orders and the emails why wouldnt you call the clients or double check. Store manager is very arrogant. Doesnt help customers . Hopefully this mgr gets fired. Customer service is not her strong suit!!
