I really liked my shopping experience here. The employees were nice, friendly, and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young lady that helped me was so knowledgeable about all the foods and how they tasted, which is very important to me because lets face it, this place is not cheap. So to have an employee share their expertise and not have me waste money is a god send. I was able to shop for the week for my family and had a wonderful time doing it. Thank you for the positive experience, I will surely see you again next week!

I ordered my Easter Dinner online and paid in full. I received 4 out of 12 items. I called the store and they were closed so I called first thing on Monday Morning. They will not refund me my money only give me items that I did not receive. Easter is over and I no longer need these items. Very disappointed in this kind of service. Will not order from them again.UPDATE: The store called and offered the items as well as a gift card for thanksgiving dinner. It is much appreciated.

Arrived 15 minutes early 1st in line. Then Told I was in the Wrong Line followed by Cash Only. Then had to drive to get cash. Told if my order sells out by the time I get back - We’ll then that is the way it is. I promised a group of elder persons a Christmas Eve Dinner. If the product does not satisfy then I will be back. Management is questionable and has no foresight. Should have step out the door before opening to let those in line that they do not know how to operate the electronic payment system and today will be cash only until further notice instead of being surprised. The cashier was very nice (The only one) and did not mean to shaken her. The manager and associate was very challenging. I am a nice person until challenged. Lack of Customer Care. My advice go elsewhere and let this location feel the pain in sales.

Holiday dinner? Perfect, they dont just offer ham, they also have Turkey and great side dishes, jams, the staff is very helpful to help you decide the right size ham for your guests, they also give you food samples of their products while you are in line

CAN’T BELIEVE THEY RUINED OUR THANKSGIVING DINNER! Ordered a whole turkey a couple of days before Thanksgiving to be picked up the Wednesday before the holiday. Showed up on Wednesday and WAITED 2 HOURS IN LINE before being told they didn’t have any more turkey even though I had ORDERED AND PAID for it days before!!! They then LIED TO US and said they would replace it with sliced turkey breast, but when I got home, they had actually just put sliced ham in a box and said it was turkey. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY RUINED OUR THANKSGIVING AND SAID THEY WOULDN’T EVEN GIVE US A REFUND!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

I preordered and prepaid for a whole turkey several days in advance for my Thanksgiving holiday. After waiting in a two-hour line for my 4:00 p.m. appointment, there were no whole turkeys available at my pickup store.As an alternative, your unapologetic employee offered sliced turkey breast (which is not really an alternative to a whole turkey, but we had no other option). We were also told that we would not get any kind of refund since the turkey breast is more expensive, even though your company made such a huge mistake.When I arrived home and opened the containers of turkey breast, it was ham. This is the most terrible service I have ever received, and it has ruined our holiday. I am entitled to a refund as you did not deliver the product paid for or even the alternative offered. With the times being so difficult nowadays, the least your company could do is get their orders right for the holidays. Our family has healthcare workers and others suffering in the hospital, and we were all looking forward to this meal. Unfortunately, we will not be able to because of The Honey Baked Ham Company.

Great selection for holiday and lunch needs. Disappointed to find out that the Turkey Salad is no longer available. Wanted to give a 2 star to get management attention but decided not to be petty. I have no reason to go here at least bi-weekly anymore. Other than the holiday season or if I want a bowl of Turkey noodle soup every now and then my visits are now limited. You will truly be missed turkey salad ☹️

My coworkers and I were surprised that they had such great lunch selection--from combos with sandwiches, to soups and salads...among other sides. Most pleasant staff as well. I havent mentioned the best holiday dinners options, the easiest meal prep (secret: they do all the cooking for our family, even includes utensils 🙈🙊🙉).

Always polite employees, parking is horrible, would visit more if parking was available. Other than that food is good. Great salads for those that do not want any meat for a change. Sanwiches are great.

Super disappointed. I ordered half a ham and a turkey and i call everyday since 11/25 and no answer. literally sitting on hold at the moment for 30 min. The line was 2 blocks long and i never got my food or a refund.

Called & asked if it was possible to place an order over the phone for a ham and whoever picked up the phone was extremely rude and actually never answered our question. Just repeating the same “where open from “ to “” without saying yes or no and rushing us off the phone. Will gladly take our business elsewhere.

Probably the most organized Honeybaked Ham store I have been to. Very helpful and friendly staff. Even if there is a crowd they take the time to treat you personally.

So after years of seeing the long lines outside of this place I decided to roll the dice and see what all the fuss was about. Not wanted to spend 3 hours waiting I went and placed my order for a small ham 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I was charged $53.49 for a 7lb ham. The next week I went to pick up my ham, and they could not find my ham. Ok, so we are going to give you another one, it will be $56.35. I explained that I had already paid, and they said we dont do that. What? We charge you when you pick it up. Well, I paid when I ordered so I was holding the one I ordered. The next natural question was did I have my receipt. I did not as the guy who helped me filled out a carbon copy with my name and phone number, so I assumed you being a business and all would be organized enough to keep a record of who paid. I waited 30 minutes and was told to pay for this ham, and check my receipts. An even bigger inconvenience then waiting to pick up a ham I preordered and prepaid for. I checked all of my credit card slips, and sure enough, I found both charges. Not excited about paying over $100 for ham. Now I have to go back to get re-embursed. Not thrilled with this experience, this had better be one AMAZING tasting Ham to be worth all of this BS!They seems in a state of chaos when they were only mildly busy last week, I can only imagine what it will be like this week, and then the frustration of having to go back there to get my refund. So far this has not been a positive experience. Gus the manager was very nice, but the staff here is obviously newly hired holiday help and could use more training and professionalism.

I have always enjoyed HBH lunch choices. On this particular day, I decided to take my husband there since he never had lunch there before. The sandwiches were fantastic, but the fountain drinks is another story. My husband got me a sprite not knowing that their were ants inside the machine. So after I drank the entire beverage, I went to get a refill and when I took off the lid I nearly threw up. There was dead ants all over my cup, and when i told to employee she didnt do anything about it, not even a gift card or a refund. I will never go back to this HBH restaurant ever again.
