I purchased my kitchen in Feb 2013.I love the design and the cabinets however I am very upset by the lack of customerservice.During delivery two doors were damaged. I was assured that they would be replaced.Several calls later I realized that Michelle had no intention of replacing the damaged doors.All through the process of the design and installation I was constantly told what a great deal I was getting. I did not ask for favors, I paid cash for the kitchen I could afford.I was hoping to have a kitchen of my dreams. Whether large or small any customer should expect the perfect kitchen.I guess I was just too small a client to deserve the customer service a larger project would get.I am a business owner myself and I believe that Michelle needs to take care of the finer details making sure her customers are happy rather than hoping that by ignoring them they will go away.
