My little HP LaserJet P1102w (purchased at Staples years ago) is lightweight, portable, and sturdy as a rock. Ive only ever used HP toner, and it runs like a top. The Staples Pembroke, MA manager Zack was assisting me with a copy order, listening to my difficulties with ordering online. He was so polite and informed that I purchased this 2-pack of toner right on the spot! Thank you, Zack, for great customer service and a great product line!

Bought a laptop here despite never buying anything retail (Im a tech snob) . The associate knew his stuff and was very friendly. They didnt have the notebook in store but had it shipped to me at no extra cost. Ill be coming back.

THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SHOPPING.IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE Z-E-R-O (0) STARS!!!!!I was denied help charging my phone when it was dead so I could call for a ride HOME! I have shopped here a thousand times and seen dozens of people allowed to charge their phones behind the counter and even go BEHIND the counter to make a call while their phone was charging! The manager BILL is useless in assisting with anything and actually kicked me out with no explanation as to why, if you are looking for a job do NOT go to this location.

Staples print/copy shops are awful across the board. Avoid and head to UPS store 2 doors down

Great no nonsense service. Helpfull staff with all the support and supplies at your fingertips. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The store is well organized, with printing and shipping service. Different counters to complete whatever odds and ends you may have.

Storm knocked out power in our neighborhood and needed a last minute print out 10/31/17 @ 10:30 from my laptop for a business meeting at 11 in Plymouth.Excellent turnaround and I got to my meeting 10 minutes early!! Employee worked there just a year but was professional, fast and courteous! Bad on names, but I think his name started with a D.Note he was working with two other customers in print center as well providing technical and very professional support. Awesome!!
