This has been my local pharmacy for many years. The staff, especially the pharmacy staff, are respectful and efficient. I highly recommend this CVS.

Friendly and personable staff at both the pharmacy and retail counter. Better cell service than Hanson so you can check your deals before you buy.

Worst experience from a pharmacy that I ever had.They cant read and definitely customer service is not there specialty. They dont even deserve the 1 star.

By far the worst pharmacy within a 10-mile radius. Its is a total disaster in there, nobody knows whats going on. They cant fill prescriptions for babies properly, they never have the scripts ready when they say they will, they give excuses after excuses and even touted how they won some award for customer service when my wife complained. My doctor has sent scripts to Walgreens in Marshfield because they can fill the scripts even when CVS gives you excuses on why they cant fill it. (out of stock, supplier doesnt have it, insurance holdup, etc.). Miraculously Walgreens can fill the same script on the same day.Ive heard other customers complaining loudly to the Pharmacists in the past as well. The manager should be ashamed, week after week weve been waiting for something to get filled and they keep saying that the manager needs to sign off or they cant fill the whole script. Ive never heard of such ridiculous excuses and weve had the script filled in full in the past without any special signoff from the manager. Why the hell would a CVS manager need to sign off on something a doctor prescribed for a baby. Insane.Very poor service.

I love this CVS!! So friendly and the pharmacist is AMAZING ! & also answers whatever questions I have !!

Staff and pharmacists are great. Otherwise pretty standard CVS experience.

It has almost been 36 hours since I got a COVID test. The City of Cambridge got my friend his test in under 24 hours. I will never come back to this CVS ever again.
