My husband I visited Global Granite. When we arrived I asked if we needed an appointment. The woman working in the office said yes, so I asked if we should come back. She barked I just have to finish something up.We stood and waited a few minutes, and she shouted from her office come in and sit down. She did not wear a mask so I stood in the doorway. She asked if I had dimensions for our counter so I told her. She then said so you don’t have measurements? I was confused so I stated the measurements again and she said we need the measurements to give an estimate! By this point I knew we would not be giving our business to them. So I told her we were leaving and walked out. We went to another local company who treated us wonderfully. Took my measurements, helped us pick our granite, design our project and they will be receiving our business and good word of mouth. The woman who works here is extremely unprofessional and just plain grumpy which I had seen in a few reviews before we went, I thought how bad could it be? Don’t waste your time, there are so many companies out there who will treat you with respect and be happy to have your business. Country granite in Bridgewater is particularly accommodating and pleasant.

We could not be happier. It took just a little over a week from our selection of the granite slab at their Pembroke office to installation today. Every piece was cut and edged perfectly. I was referred to them by a close friend who had a similar great experience. Beautiful product at a great price and they cleaned everything up after themselves. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Have used them twice. Both times prices were fair and we had great service. Would definitely use them again for future remodels.
