This is AN ALL STAR company. This is my second time using Window World. I enjoyed Window World Windows in my last house,, so much, I had to get for my new home.The quality is good, great craftsmanship. They came to install the windows within the time frame that was given. If there were a problem with windows they came to fix them without any hesitation. I would highly recommend Window World for Windows and other services you would need for your home. My last home this is what window world installed for me. (patios siding doors, entrance doors and bay window. I must mention it was all affordable. The installers display great professionalism. Keep up the Great work World World.

Our installer (Sam) was great... offered to do the little extras b/c it would be a nicer finished product in the end... and he was right.I disliked one particular item (sliding door handle/lock) and WW immediately offered to swap it out for a different one. Great customer service all around. I would highly recommend.

This whole experience was so stress free, from the initial call to have a rep come to our home to the last minute adjustments that needed to be done. Started out great even during pandemic. Had a few issues following installation. That is where customer service has become challenging and we have been treated dismissively. It seemed like it was going to be a great experience from beginning to end. Our project is not complete and we are frustrated with our interactions and treatment. Was hoping to be able to recommend to family and friends. Now, not so sure.

Sales person was great and windows look good. (Although less glass than my original windows).However, I was a little disappointed with the installation. The caulking to seal the windows is a little sloppy, lumpy and some sections and noticable.Windows should also be wiped clean of hand prints and residue after installing. Overall clean up wasnt great.The woman was very accommodating and helped me clean the windows before she left.Aaron (not sure if correct name) slipped out without a word once he was done.Not sure I would recommend Window World to others because of these details. The small things sometimes carry the most weight.

So the windows are nice and installation was quick. I am pleased with the windows very much. However, I paid to have the exterior window frames wrapped in aluminum, and I did specify I wanted it for extra weatherproofing and longevity. When the window frames were wrapped however no drip edge or fold-in was installed on the top seam so the wrap was hardly weatherproof at all. The aluminum was basically just glued to the wood along the top seam. I cant say this is an incorrect installation for sure and I wont say the installers messed up. But I would have liked to know what I was paying for since I chose it specifically for the weatherproofing aspect.

They replaced 10 large three panel windows in our three season porch and two interior windows in our home! Our home was built in 1940 and we just bought it we are the second owners. As they took out the first window the column started to ball and they quickly came into action and ended up replacing every single column! I overheard them talking and the project manager said “I’m replacing these as if it was my house near the ocean “and he replace them with these 4 x 4 pressure-treated columns... above and beyond! They then wrapped them all the way around ! We were so shocked and pleased on their work! It was 💯 more than they should of had to do. Both days along the process they kept explaining to my husband what they were doing. When all was done we got a brand new 3 season porch! We thought it would cost us an arm and leg but again shocked us by saying “ here’s the invoice from the lumber yard, I’ll take care of the extra labor hours”!!! I will be calling them back for the other windows inside this fall! I would recommend this company without any reservation!! This is my second time using them too! First in NH. 2010

Sales was knowledgeable and friendly. Installers were very meticulous with the install of 13 windows and a sliding door. So far i like the windows very much. My only issue was the amount of nails, screws, pieces of glass left in my front and back yard and my driveway. I notified the GM about what was left behind as I have 2 small grandchildren and 2 dogs that could easily have been injured. GM was very nonchalant about it and not concerned or apologetic. I expected a follow up phone call about the job in general which is a sign of superb customer service. I only received a text asking if I would do this survey.

This is the second time (two different homes) we used Window World of Boston. We were thrilled with both installation teams who were professional, knowledgeable and skilled. the windows and doors themselves are top quality at reasonable prices.

We just replaced many windows, as well as the front entry door and sliding glass door to the patio. The installers, Aaron and Andrea, were top notch/A+. They worked hard over two full days, were very courteous/professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way and how to operate the windows, etc. They paid meticulous attention to detail and worked well as a team. Most impressive was the replacement of our front door. It turns out that the cold air draft wed been having was because the original builder never insulated inside the door frame. The installers put in the whole new frame, insulated it, and checked for a firm fit when closing. They even replaced our existing storm door, which they didnt have to do. Outside area was cleaned up nicely, with no screws/nails left on the ground. Inside, they vacuumed the areas. The window quality is excellent and the door color (Moonless Night, a navyish blue) and texture was beautiful. We would recommend highly.

Everyone at Window World, from our salesman to the window installation workers, were very professional, warm, friendly and kind. This seems like a very fair company and did not try to oversell or cheat me. I had a little trouble reaching the right person when I had questions, but thats okay, because each person answered their phone and get back to me right away with answers, with professional courtesy and excellent service. The price was really good and I was surprised they could do 14 windows in one day, and when they left, you would never even know they were there; thats how efficient they were! I would choose Window World again. It would be helpful if they assigned you one person to call with questions but other than that, I was very satisfied with the company, workers, price and work done. I would choose them again.

Salesman was very knowledgeable. We asked for quotes from four vendors. WW had it all over the others. One counted the windows and gave a price, one counted the windows and gave 3 different prices before he left, and WW counted, measured, explained lead time needed for manufacturing, explained installation process and had the best price and warranty.The installation crew was on time, courteous, and clean. Observing all Covid 19 protocols. One issue arose when a ladder slipped damaging existing vinyl siding, that is being addressed by WW as I write this.Can’t say enough about the salesman “Lou.” Very responsive from start to finish of the project.

I had ordered 2 casement crank out windows for the kitchen and 2 double hung windows for another room hoping they would live up to the ads on tv with Eric Peabody. They did not disappoint !The installers arrived when expected. They were very pleasant and professional. They used drop cloths on the floor and plastic over the counter and sink area and swept and vacuumed up taking the debris with them leaving me no clean up.My wife and I are very happy with the work that was done and the windows. The windows clearly out perform the other windows from the home improvement store . The rooms are much more quiet with less air infitration as well.Based upon our experience you will not be disappointed.

I did my homework before choosing Window World. Their prices were fantastic… Actually coming in more than 50% lower than one of their well-known competitors . The quality of the patio slider door is wonderful.Installation was fast and efficient and there was no mess left behind. I have already been recommending window World to my friends. Finished product is fine. But not happy with the service. First off, I had to call them a month after the install time frame to find out when they were coming and still had to wait a few weeks for them to come. The day they were scheduled to come I had to call again to find out where they were. They were supposed to arrive at 9 a.m. and around 11:30 they were not here so I called and they gave a lame excuse that the truck/van broke down and didnt even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know. They finally arrived around 2:30, worked for about 2 hours and had to come by the next day to finish. Never showed me how to operate the tilt windows and there was a sticky substance on 2 of the windows that I still cant remove. Was told to use a razor or goo gone. Will not recommend them to anyone. I plan to replace a few other windows and will NOT use them. Also,was told there was no finance plan. Had to pay 1/3 down and the balance once installed. Aso, the gentleman I talked to on the phone regarding getting an estimate was rude and gave me a quote over the phone without even seeing the windows and when I told him I wanted him to come see the windows before giving me a quote and he said,Im not coming over unless you are serious about using us and not just looking for a quote for comparison purposes. That should have been a red flag for me. Very disappointed with their customer relations. Like I previously stated, the finished product is fine, nothing exceptional. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Was literally in and out- installation was done in such a timely “fashion”. When a adjustment was need it was done.

We had problems with delivery of the correct materials resulting in a huge delay - 10 months from order to installation. We are still awaiting delivery and installation of the new door and sidelights.

I understand due to covid that there are delays, however some sort of contact with the customer would of been nice. Today I called and talked to Peggy ( who is very nice) and found out that my doors have in fact been delivered to your warehouse on Dec, 3rd. Had basement windows updated, the old ones had broken latches, single pane, not in good shape. Very happy with the new windows!!!Secure, easy to open or close and they look nice.....sales, workers, telephone staff were all very helpful and no stress at all dealing with anyone there......my only issue was how expensive the basement hopper windows were, evidently they are very difficult to remove and install, hence the hefty price tag. Plus very few companies even deal with them now. So. Very happy withWindow World and would use them again!

I had my entire house installed with Window World windows. That was a regret. The entire process of installation was a disaster. On multiple windows, the installers left breezy gaps in winter to allow rain and snow to enter the house. They even forgot to install a window so there was an open hole over night in December. They gave animals access to the house. I dont much about windows, but it was ridiculous when an administrator at Window World asked me to oversee the fixing of issues. Watch out for the warranty and read the fine print...you will want to consider a different window company.Dear owner,Thank you for responding. My install began about 4 years ago. However, I am still waiting for Window World to finish the job and complete your end of the contract. I already paid and fulfilled my end of the contract.
