Best customer service experience Ive had in our small town in years. I felt very comfortable with the employees in the store and they answered all of my questions and got me set up with my new phone. I was worried I would lose info transferring it to my new phone but everything was copied over perfectly. Thanks so much for the awesome service!

Wonderful wonderful service!!! These two gentle men are great service men. ( NOAH AND ERIC )Several days ago I need to purchase a new phone Samsung A 82 and Eric and Noah, both men jumped in and taught me just about everything should need to know.And, today, they were both here to answer my questions again.Verizon Company should be very proud of these two gentlemen. One of the best experiences my husband and I have had at Verizon. Destiny was absolutely amazing with what we were wanting. She answered all our questions and we left with exactly what we wanted. An added bonus, towards the end our daughter was getting inpatient so she gave her a paper and pen to draw on, which was super nice. :) amazing customer service!

My phone was stolen and I had to come in and replace it. I did find my stolen phone, but ended up upgrading anyway. The store was busy when I came in but both associates, especially Laura Hoffman greeted me the second I walked in. When she assisted me in adding a 2nd line on my account, she allowed me to share my intention and she gave me options to either buy out my home phone line and use that line into a wireless account. She was very personable and attention to details is excellent. It is obvious that she works with great people too!!!

Although it took close to 3 hours to get anew phone and get set up I was very happy with the service. My representative was Erik from the Pendleton Oregon office. If you live in Umatilla County and use verizon save yourself the time and energy of going any where else but to this Pendleton store. I have had such great customer service each time Ive went here. Erik got my bill lowered and got me the phone I needed. He also got me more money for my old phone than hermiston offered. Erik shot me a text a few days after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new device and to see if he could assist in any way.Great customer service. I cant say the same about the Hermiston stores, but Erik and crew made the extra 20 mile drive to Pendleton worth it. I wont be wasting my time any more, if I need something from Verizon Ill be coming to this store.

Was very frustrated with Verizon..ended up at Cellular Plus in Pendelton seeking help. Andraya was my customer service rep at the store. She was proffesional..very helpful..understood my frustration..and was able to get my phone and service running perfect. Highly recommend the whole team.

Normally I only go to corporate Verizon stores to upgrade or if I have issues, however I have used Cellular Plus the last couple times for phone issues and then for upgrades. I have actually had a better experience here than I have had at the corporate stores. I definitely recommend them for anything related to your account. We worked with Destanee this last time and she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to do our business with this store!
