Called 10 minutes before closing time they stayed open for me for an extra 5 minutes so i can plug my flat tire. Both gentlemen unfortunately I didn’t get their names but both were very helpful and friendly. They stayed with me after closing to make sure I was okay before driving home. Best service from an Auto Parts store so far!

Excellent service! I was greeted upon arrival into the store. One of my low lights has been out for a while due to me not knowing if I had to remove anything to replace it. Luis helped me find the light under my hood, went in the store found it right away, and replaced it for me in under 5mins! Genuinely sweet person.. I go to this AutoZone often and they are wonderful. Great experience, wonderful customer service.. 10/10 Thank you!

Thank you for allowing customers the option of curb-side pickup or in-store purchasing. Employees were at the ready and the in-store service was prompt and courteous. A pleasant experience in the midst of all the chaos.

My wife was having trouble with her car, we replaced a sensor that was throwing a code. Next day the car wouldn’t start, so I wanted to get the battery checked out. The gentleman that came out to do the test the first time, was awesome! He asked questions I couldn’t answer and went to look them up and came back out. Unfortunately he couldn’t get a good connection because of where my battery is and the one terminal was rusted. He said I could try to clean the terminal by taking it apart and they can test it again, but the best option is to take the battery out to test it. I went home and cleaned the terminals immediately and then went back to the store. This time a younger guy came out to try to test my battery again. He asked me questions that again I didn’t know The answers, he never looked them up. He was having a very difficult time just getting the clamps to stay on. I looked away for a min and when I turned back he said “yeah, it’s the battery, you have a bad battery” he wouldn’t make eye contact and kept looking to the ground when I asked a question, which is big red flags that someone is lying. Thankfully I went with my gut and decided to not spend 170$ on the battery. The next morning I took the battery off and went back to the store. Thankfully the first guy took my battery and tested it....surprise surprise! That battery is fine! If you cannot get a good reading and I have to do something, like remove the battery, I’m okay with that, but lying to me because of your pride is BS! My family depends on your expertise when it comes to our vehicles. This is unexceptable. If something like this occurs again we will take our business somewhere else. I understand my business isn’t going to make or break your company but if you allow this type of behavior I won’t be the only customer you lose.

Very new store, that has a wide selection of Auto Parts, and plenty of staff to help you out with your shopping needs. It is very easy to find, and Great location, right on Route 49 in Pennsville,NJ. The staff is a little inexperienced, since its a new store, but still very helpful in helping you find whatever it is that you need. Plenty of good deals on combined items, from parts, to everything you need to do your oil change. Also good help with instructions, and installation, from whiper blades, batteries, to brake rotors, pads, and all the tools you will need to do it.
