Not telling me about work that was completed changed my price. When I showed up the bill went from $700 to over $900. I was simply told it was absolutely needed when I came in to pay for services previously quoted.I also left without being told my wheel bearing was an immediate problem. I had returned and questioned his work and they (the mechanic and owner) were very arrogant. It had only been about 2 weeks after work had been completed. I will never return to this company for work.

I went to pick my daughter up from New York to go back to Maryland my car broke down on the highway in the middle of my trip so I was forced to go to the nearest shop which was Dans Auto Service they were about to close but considering I was 2 hours away from my home they decided to stay later and help me fix my car, not only did they fix my car but the price was fair.. and I made it home without a glitch my car is still running very well to this day excellent service...!!!

Disappointed in the customer service. Did not allow for appointments to be made and required the customers to constantly phone in to see if the owner would have time to see them. Most times you would get a voice machine. When your call was returned, the owner would berate you if you needed to come at a time that was not convenient for HIM. Good thing he is retiring and that this place will no longer waste peoples time. Very sad.
