My family & I use this pharmacy. The pharmacist, Rob is always friendly and helpful. The staff is always kind and professional too.
Always helpful, pharmacists will always take time to speak with you, all the staff are nice.
Prices are not accurate. Online clearly show cheaper prices and manager wouldn’t price match
Almost always has what I need and a bit more, employees are nice and I always find something neat I havent seen before/ or havent seen in a long time. Its nice!
Horrible pharmacy!! Came back after I left 10 plus years ago and the pharmacy is a joke!!I dropped off my sons scripts and gave all my new insurance information plus new address and so on. When I came back an hr later they gave me issues picking up my sons meds because they had my old address from over 10 years ago in the system still and my old phone number. The lady stated (with a smart mouth) I can’t just give the meds out. I know that BUT if you would of payed attention when I dropped them off to YOU and advised all my UPDATED information we wouldn’t of had a problem. Never going back to them again!! Why would I have a strangers heath insurance card with MY name on it as the insurance holder and my ID to show prof. I had to get a Supervisor involved and after a while received my sons meds. I have used them 3 times since I came back and their are issues every time with something.. Never had this problem with Acme!! Back to Acme it is...
Terrible drive through service.10/17/19 - It’s been two years since my last review and I wonder how this pharmacy stays in business. If you need ten pills they have five. If you need twenty they have ten. If your script requires 40 mg they only have 20mg. I will use an out of town pharmacy rather than go to the Walgreens in Pennsville.
Watched a manager start an argument with the employee behind the counter as I was leaving. She was accusing him of using a spit bottle behind the counter and almost yelling at him.Matters like this should be discussed away from customers, not pushed out as verbals attack in front of customers.
I called on the 26th to set up to get my medication refilled from Walgreens. The young ladie was very sweet and very helpful. She said I was put in the system in the computer. The Nextel day I called my dr. And asked them to call the Walgreens pharmacy to give them my prescription. This was on the 27th of dec. I went to Walgreens around 100 pm to get my meds the older woman with blonde hair and black glasses was very rude and uncooperative with me. I explained to her that I was out of state and that my dr office was suppose to call in the prescription she said they never called her. I called my dr office in front of her and put them on speaker phone. They said they did call and left a message. The blonde woman looked at the phone and said it’s not blinking. I then asked my dr office to please call again right away as the woman was standing next to a phone now. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. This blonde pharmacist could have solved a lot of confusion by asking her coworkers if they had checked the phone messages. But instead refused to help me get my meds. When she found out that my dr office did call she just wanted to argue about how she works to and that her kid is sick to. Mean while I was standing there in pain waiting. Why she just didn’t call my dr office back is unexceptionable to me. When ever my pharmacist in Wisconsin has any questions they always call the dr themselves. This blonde pharmacist needs to find another line of work because she is very rude to the customers there. And very lazy she just stood there. And argued with me
Pharmacy should get together and get things done right. Terrible service!
