Nice showroom and lots of great tools and equipment. Saw items for sale that I havent seen anywhere else in our area. Store was clean and organized. Help was friendly and helpful without smothering the customers. Purchased four items there today and will be going back for more. Great stop !!

It was conveniently located, extremely clean & all the staff was friendly and informative. I was buying a piece of equipment for the first time. I called to see if the store had the item I wanted in stock. I spoke with Tyler S who said it was available. I headed to the store and it was already put aside for me & Tyler went over a promotion that helped me to extend the warranty. After I made my purchase he showed me how to use it which was great. Morning of September 16th, 2020. Hurricane Sally lingered As Im driving around fallen trees and power lines. Every store in pensacola closed, But one. Northern Tool! I was almost in disbelief when I saw the front doors opening and trucks in the parking lot. With generators powering the store. I was greeted by a helpful and friendly staff. Who were completely stocked and ready to help. Excellent service, prices and products. I just want to say, thank you, for risking your safety to be there for our community. I bought a wood chipper on-line. Picked it up, brought it home, added gas and oil. After hours of trying, the thing won’t start. Contacted the store and was told I have to bring it back (45 miles) to have their mechanic look at it. The person I spoke to said depending on what the mechanic says, I may or may not be able to get a refund once gas has been added to it. I highly suggest you bring gas and oil and start up any equipment while at the store before loading up and leaving. Depending on how Northern handles this situation I may upgrade my 1 star.Update: I returned the following day. The small engine “mechanic” at the store told me I never put oil in it, which I did. Then, while speaking with another employee, Kevin(?), the “mechanic” kept running his mouth and threatened me with physical violence when I showed him proof of the oil and funnel I purchased at Home Depot. I commend Kevin on how he handled the situation, but I will not return to this store or purchase anything from them again due to the horrendous attitude of the “mechanic”, Marc Wilson who also posted a review as a customer.

I love the way this store is laid out. The store looks like its really high end on the outside, but when you get inside its more down to earth. They do carry some of the better more high end tools as well as being a Stihl dealer. They have a while section dedicated to Stihl, including bars and chains, scabbards down to STIHL safety glasses and bar and chain oil as well as other safety equipment like chainsaw hard hats with shields attached and ear protection. There are at least 10 different Stihl model chainsaws. I even found the Stihl OEM bar and chain for the MS260 and the 046 Im rebuilding to be the heartbeat of the chainsaw sawmill Im working on. That 046 us capable of wearing a 34 bay and chain so its powerful enough to run the mill.Northern tool also has a repair department and mechanic on staff and can work on your Stihl equipment that needs repair. Being a dealer they are capable of carrying out warranty work on your new equipment as well as ordering the parts and making repairs to your older equipment that has been around longer than your kids. I know my 046 was sold in 2000, and my daughter was born in 2001. And I got this beast in much the same condition as I got my daughter, ready to be made into the end product I know its capable of being. No really, it was a box of parts that I was given and promised it was all there.Northern tool is a large, clean and nice place to shop, a large parking lot with plenty of parking, a friendly staff with some of the best known as most powerful equipment on the market and is just as capable of fixing your old broke down equipment as well as selling you new equipment to replace what is beyond repair or more expensive to repair than replace. They are definitely worth checking out.

Love this store. The staff is excellent and the selection is fabulous. I am so glad they are here, I just wish I would have known they opened up almost a year ago. I heard from a friend and I’m glad I did because they blow the competition away in every area.

Guy at the service center definitely helped me with my carborator issues with a pressure washer I have bought there. (Carb issues was my fault 😂 ) but we are up and running now.

There not necessarily a bad store but ordering things online seem to be easily messed up.Ordered a Milwaukee ratchet it said itll come with a battery sure you can call the 1-800 number and get that fixed then theres the sockets I ordered Had a duplicate of two 13/16ths instead of the 7/8ths it was supposed to come with. They told a man when I have to call the 1 800 number and end up having To ship out the sockets and then have them ship me a and then have them ship me a new set or get them to or get them to agree for Me Too! E for me to go to the store and switch out the sockets doubt the sockets if they have it in stock so I said so I said OK thats just a bunch of hassle how much does a soggy cost how much does a saga cost for the set I got it firm I got it for maybe 20 bucks not bad but for the not bad but for that 1 socket they wanted to charge me 6$They can be a hassle is all. Well I went ahead and emailed the now 3days later and they say theyll send me another set now thats actually awesome . Thank you northern tool.

Ordered one item to be shipped to store and another for store pickup. Took almost a month for ship item to arrive so asked them to hold store pickup and would pick up both when item arrived. They finally informed me item was in. Wife drove 100 mile RT to pick up items she told them I had 2 items they said had only one so she picked up and left. Came home and I called them they said they did not place items together, sorry. Wife drove another 100 mile RT and picked item up. Items were $200 worth of wrenches. All they offered was sorry about that. Poor Customer Service!!

Two hour drive from Panama City Florida and well worth it. Went there to pick up parts that were pre paid for online. They were loaded on the truck in minutes by some very helpful staff. Will shop there again. 6 stars out of six. Flawless visit. Many thanks.

Doesnt make any sense that you sell items online that says its in stock at the store but its not. Then it takes 9-11 business days to arrive! Why not keep one of everything in stock at all times. We dont want to wait on merchandise. When we go looking for something we want it yesterday!

Had my worst shopping experience ever with this company. Waited two months on an order that never arrived or any updates on it. Called customer service and was told everything from overseas wasn’t coming in and there was no telling when my product will arrive. Northern tool customer service told me I could pick it up at a local store but I would lose my discount and lose the bonus incentive of a $200 gift certificate but there was nothing else they could do.

Nice store, but i guess we were late to the sale because they were out of stock of everything I went there to get.

I saw this store on my way down the road and decided to stop to see if they had a wagon. I went in the store which is very nice and was approached by John in sales. OMG the nicest guy! I told him what I was looking for and he walked me right to it. The wagon was in the box and as I was asking about what I needed to assemble it, he asked me if I wanted the one already put together. I was so happy as I’m not handy at all! I met the Assistant Store Manager Kevin at the checkout counter and he was very nice and down to earth as well. Bottom line, atmosphere was great, Customer Service was Amazing, and the store is so organized and clean. John even helped me put the wagon in the car! I will most definitely be back. Thanks guys

Bought a Honda 4000 for Hurricane SallyRan for 1 tank of gas, then would not crank back up.Took to Pensacola store Oct 7 and have not heard a word about repair or replacement in over a month.Most unsatisfactoryWish I had gone to Harbor Freight, they would have replaced defective machine on the spotWish someone would call back and make this right.
