Helpful staff and reasonable prices. They can set you up from the simplest single-mic and speaker set to the most sophisticated concert hall. Even if that concert hall is your ride!

Never a problem with ordering, shipping or advice. My contact is consistent in communication (email & phone). Great return policy & service after the sale. Willing to put up with my sometimes ignorance with tech questions.(Only thing I wish they would offer is discounted prices on open box or refurbished returns.)My one stop shop for all my personal & Churchs audio needs.

I have been ordering sound equipment from All Pro for many years now. Always have had great service! Today I placed an order & found out I couldn’t ship where I need to (family out of town, as am I). Was able to call back and have shipping changed to my work address. Also was able to add some items I forgot the first time. Thank You All Pro & Steve!!! If they carried more deejay equipment they would have gotten 5 stars and would have alot more customers. With guitar center closed there are alot of deejays looking for a place to buy things. But overall the store is nice and staff could be. Little more friendly

They have won the Bid for providing support for our University. So far they have been unresponsive, and not at all professional in returning calls and beginning the dialog for mission critical information and products. Now we know why they were the low bid.

Their website is out of date and the staff could care less. Not very helpful at all and would recommend shopping elsewhere. Im all about local first but Id skip this place!
