Very cost effective and professional staff! Took care of me in a quick manner, AND is less than EVERYWHERE else I tried to get a new windshield at! Call them before anyone! They get it done.

These guys are amazing! So affordable and quick! My back windshield broke on a Friday and they were able to fix it first thing Monday morning. They cleaned up the excess glass that shattered everywhere and replaced the windshield making it look good as new! They were so nice and even gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off (I work nearby). I highly recommend this shop!

Their fix for their shoddy, leaky back window repair where they broke studs off the glass is to slather more urethane on it. Look at the picture where there is water coming out of their patchwork seal. In the first picture you can see the broken off studs. They tried to argue they only broke one lol. They scratched up the paint on the back of the cab too. We ended up having a real glass shop do the whole thing over with a new window. Calls to corporate go nowhere. They wont touch another vehicle of ours. P.S. - urethane is for windshields, butyl rubber is for back glass.

I always have a good experience here. Great customer service and prices, too. Very personable and accommodating. The receptionist was very friendly and get my quote fast. She gave me several options. You can get your windshield with or without sensors. I dont like the speed sensor so I ordered one without it. Its expensive anyway.If you make an appointment, you can usually get in and out in an hour or two. Fast! Highly recommended.

I submitted the details of my truck through the on-line app. The windshield was ordered and arrived in just a couple of days. Install was quick and looks great. Everything was completed in just over an hour.

Had to replace the rear glass in our 2017 Chevy Equinox anyhow we called safelite and they said 408.00 but could do it the next day so we made the appointment and the next morning we got up and called autoglass just to see the price they would charge....well they said 219.0p and can do it right now! We cancelled safelite and was in and out in an hour and saved almost 1/2......same glass half the money and dine in an hour they have our business from now on thank you so very much super nice peopleJoe and Amy

Great experience with this place!! Melissa in the office was a god sent! She was able to give me the best price in the area ($185 at Auto Glass Now, $345+ at Safelite). And Greg was able to install the window i needed within the hour of me walking into the office! I was informed that they were down one tech, but i could hardly believe they were so quick to get me back on the road!I got recommended to this place by my fiancé who needed his back glass in his truck replaced last winter. Other places in the area wanted upwards of $700 to replace it but they were able to replace his within the span of one day for $200.

Saved for black Friday!!!!I had a tree branch fall on my windshield and I needed my windshield totally replaced. The only problem is it was Wednesday noon the day before Thanksgiving. I called almost every local shop here in town and either they wanted over 300 dollars or I would have to wait until Monday or even Tuesday. First, the price was over 100$ less than every other place I called and they scheduled me for the same day. The wonderful office clerk Melissa called me and told me the guys were running late due to a larger vehicle they had before my appointment. I didnt mind because I had scheduled last minute. She gave me the option of the guys coming to me or I could come into the shop Friday morning. She then paused and asked how bad the crack was, then asked if this was my primary vehicle. It is because I am a single mom. I told her I did not mind and I could just catch a ride until Friday. She paused again and asked how close I was to the interstate, I replied and she said if you can get here now I will try to get the guys to get to you as soon as they finished the other 2 cars so you are not without a vehicle for Thanksgiving. I zoomed over and they kept their word and got me in even though it meant them staying a little later after closing time on Thanksgiving eve. Talk about customer service!!! In a day and time where big businesses close their doors 15 to 20 minutes before they close to stop customers from coming in, this shop took the time to look at my personal situation and the impact it would have on my family for this holiday weekend. For that I am truly greatful. I will always recommend this shop and their amazing staff for anyone who asks for a recommendation. Thanks Melissa and the Auto Glass Now family for saving Thanksgiving and black Friday for me and my family!!!They really are 50% less than other companies!!!!

I had a rather large crack in the lower part of my windshield. I called around for a replacement and their price was much lower than estimates I got from 2 other places. I had to wait about 3 days for them to get a windshield in (no big deal). My car is 15 years old, I didnt think theyd have one in stock anyway. They werent too busy when I called to make sure the glass was in. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes, but actually it was done in about 20 minutes. They did an awesome job. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do Im definitely going back there.

Great job was done on my windshield replacement. Was replaced for free through insurance. Only took 1 day for windshield to come in and get installed. Even received gift card to get the strip re-tinted on my windshield. Would definitely come here again for glass replacement.

Called for estimate on my Kia optima, staff was pleasant on the phone and very helpful. They had the best price out of the places I called. Got me in same day. I have been going to Auto Glass sine arrival to Pensacola in 1998. They have always courteous and same day. They go where you need them. This last time, Miss Melissa even offered to have the technician stop by my Wifes work to pick up the keys to the car as he was on his way to replace the broken windshield.she also put me on a three way.call with my insurance company to facilitate and expedite my claim. You cant get better service!

I would use them again. They finished my appointment early which was great. Friendly people and great customer service. No hidden fees. What they quoted was what I paid.

My recommendation for improvement for this Auto Glass Now location would be to focus efforts into making the shop and work more professional.My back window was not properly torqued down when my vehicle left the shop. The manufacture calls for the nuts to be torqued at 35 lb-in. Upon verifying the work myself with the panels removed, I found that they had secured the nuts at less than ~12 lb-in. which can cause a window to shake and shatter or to not seal properly from moisture. Additionally it is clear that the time was not taken to remove one extra bolt to gain full access to one of the lower glass nuts - instead it was simply removed from the side with a crescent wrench and then started by hand and it was found left unsecured most likely to save the time it would have taken to remove one extra bolt to do the work properly. These issues would have been hidden behind panels and would have led to problems with the glass if I was not familiar with the work and had not verified the work on my own afterwards. If the shop removes a bolt to a seat belt to access a glass (which is necessary in some vehicles) and fails to properly torque that bolt upon re-installation, this could seriously compromise the safety of that vehicle.In order for this Auto Glass Now to be a more professional auto glass shop, I would recommend that they reference manufacture specifications and use a torque wrench to do an install properly. Additionally, there is room for improvement in their attention to detail - this can start with the cleanliness of the shop and waiting area.With these changes, I believe that this shop has the potential to be an outstanding auto glass repair location. There is obviously a high demand for this work in the area and I believe that this place can earn their business through building a stronger commitment towards doing the work right.

Had my passenger window replaced. The guy that did the work was not one that usually works there. Was not impressed he had to ask for advice like he didnt know what he was doing. When I left I was told not to roll the window down for 24 hours for clips they had to glue on to the window. So I didnt. Actually it was several days later. There was a 6grinding noise when I tried so I rolled it back up and called the office. They said to come in. I went in on Saturday and the man that normally does the replacements was there (Clint? Cliff? Cant remember his name). Well he said it was glass still left in the track and after rolling it up and down several times the noise was gone. Well then he discovers a new problem. He cant get the seal to stay in. Hes working with it. And he isnt telling me other than I dont know why it wont stay. So hes poking at it with a tool to get it to stay tucked in and I see him actually put a hole in the seal with his tool. Well after several minutes of messing with it hes says yea well theres a hole in it I dont think its going to stay and he shows me what hes talking about. No it wasnt a hole. It was ripped several inches. He said the guy that replaced the window to begin with was not the normal guy because he was on vacation and this other guy was filling in. He said to call back Monday or Tuesday and hed figure out what to do. Well i called, the woman in the office said shed give him a message. Well never a call back. No resolution. Its been a few weeks. Not really a company I would refer anyone to.

While I am very grateful for how much less they charged than other places and how courteous they were, I am actually quite pissed about how the work was done. Who breaks glass INTO a vehicle instead of breaking it from the inside out? And IF youre going to break it into the vehicle, why wouldnt you be smart enough to put down something to catch the glass? Especially when you saw that I had my 8 month old with me and her car seat and stroller were inside. The trunk, rear seats, rear carpeting, and arm rests of the doors were all covered in glass. He told me We tried to get most of the glass out, but you might need to vacuum it again. Yesterday we took it to Simoniz to get the glass removed and there is STILL glass inside. I pulled my daughters stroller out and cut my finger open on a piece of glass. That could have been my child...and you are VERY lucky it was not. I honestly think Id have preferred spending the extra money that Safelite was going to charge me to avoid this. I guess thats what I get for showing up close to closing time. Completely dissatisfied and very tempted to ask for my money back.

Called to get a quote for windshield repair. Was asked for personally identifying information, like my first and last name, and a contact phone number before they would be willing to give me a quote. When I asked if they had a data retention or privacy policy I could review, to know how my information would be used, stored, and shared, they said they would not provide me with one. This is highly inappropriate, and contrary to good business practice. First, it is not appropriate to ask for and store personally identifying customer data without having a reason for doing so. As this information is not needed for a price quote, the business is being both overly aggressive and manipulative in their sales practices to require this. Secondly, any time you collect customer data, the customer has a right to know where the data will be stored, for how long, who it will be shared with, etc. Considering this sales practice, refusing to provide a data retention or privacy policy to customers is not just inconsiderate, it is unethical. I suggest taking your business elsewhere until they learn to manage customer relations and data appropriately. Thank you.

Please stay away from this place, they installed a glass for me and 4 months later the glassed cracked from the sun. I decided to take it back thinking it was under warranty, and was given a million reasons why they refuse to honor the warranty!!! If you are seeking a quality windshield, go elsewhere.

Had an 11am appt, got there at 10:30. Dropped the vehicle off and returned around 12:45 bc I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to finish. When I returned I was told my vehicle was not ready bc she sent the guys to lunch. She said to give them 45 mins to finish it so i left and came back at 2pm (over an hour later) only to find out they still havent even started on it. So then me, along with a small child, had to wait close to an hour more in no a/c. While waiting, the girl at the front desk upset another customer so much that he balled up his paperwork, through it on the counter, and left. We won’t be using this company again due to the lack of communication and excuses for why they can’t do the job in the timeframe given. A forty-five min job should not take over 4hrs to complete, and would have taken even longer had I not decided to stay and wait for it, making them pull my vehicle up and begin working on it.

Im in town visiting my son at NAS, and saw that he had a chip in his windsheild. I do a search, read the reviews and take a chance not being familar with the area. I’m very happy with the guys at Auto Glass Now. The name is true, I called ahead they said come on in, when I arrived it was no time before the chip was filled and I was on my way to pick up my son. The price was very reasonable it was less expensive than the mobile glass shop in my hometown back in MO.No frills shop- don’t let that scare you off the guys are friendly and will take care of you!

Never called. Never showed up. Wanted all day. Called them at 5pm to be responded to by the rudest person named Ashley. She said they moved on because I didnt answer and they would try again tomorrow and then just hung up. WOW someone needs to be taught manners and cuatomer service!!!

I took my SUV in to get the back window replaced and ended up with more things broken then fixed. They told me the back of the SUV, the whole back hatch door would not open because glass was stuck down in there. Later found out they actually broke a pin in the door so I still cannot open the back hatch, only the back hatch window. I spoke to the owner on the phone that day who did nothing. I now also have a whistle coming from the back window when I have a front window down. Also, although my battery may have been near end of life, they had all my doors open for over half the day, so when I went to leave it was completely dead and could not be jumped, so I had to go get a new battery before I left. I would never recommend this place or ever go back. Terrible customer service. I friend of mine who recommended this place sent an email to the company and heard NOTHING!

It looks sketchy from the outside. But they do what they say. And they do it at a lower price than the other glass guys. While I was waiting for what seemed like a very long time, I saw car dealers dropping their cars off to get work done here.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I took my car in to get its windshield replaced on a Saturday. Later that afternoon when the sun hit the windshield, I noticed their were micro scratches all over the drivers side. It was very distracting to see all these scratches light up with the sunlight. After looking at it they agreed to replace the glass. So again I spent my time there for them to replace another windshield. Before I left this time I inspected the glass. This one too had scratches all over the drivers side. I point it out to a tech there who saw them. He pointed it out to the lead tech who saw them. The lead tech blew it off like it was nothing and acted like it just is supposed to be this way. I called Monday and spoke to the manager who also blew it off stating all glass just is like that even if it was OEM. I then proceeded to write the company itself about it and in the end they stated the same thing. Well I have personally had other windshields replaced and never had scratches just be part of the deal. When you pay your hard earned money for something you expect it to be NEW not LIKE new or NEAR new. I have owned many cars and none had these scratches that was just normal as they wanted to make it sound. Either storage or transportation is the issue with their glass. Either way its pure negligence on their part. To tell a customer its normal is ridiculous. Not to mention with it being only on the drivers side. If it was NORMAL it would be everywhere. Stay away from this place. Find somewhere else to spend your money. In the end youll probably be glad you did.UPDATE: I may not have added that to my original email but it was stated to your techs and the manager. So they could have easily mentioned that as well. I dont know many people who pay for something and are happy with getting it damaged. Regardless of it causing integrity issues or not its still damaged. If I wanted anything like this on my glass I would have kept the one that got pulled out. As for pulling glass out before I go fix it somewhere else. Thats just ridiculous as you cannot just drive around without a windshield and just about as bad as if I asked you to return the piece you took out in the condition it was in prior to it being removed. Either way, my rating stands for this hack of an operation.
