Great Water & Delivery Guys - the office Manager, Karen, has been just wonderful to deal with. we like this spring water a lot :)

Ive gotta think that I am one of the longest standing customers H2O Technologies has. We have been customers since 1990. I liked the company so much I worked 25 years for them. Now Im retired and Shawn is my route driver who takes real good care of us. The water is consistently delicious and almost every jug has a handle for easier lifting. The office has my CC info and bills me at the end of each month. I get a reminder email the day before my delivery to put my empty bottles out. Its a great service and if you enjoy crisp, clean mountain spring water, I highly recommend their service.

Your employees are a reflection of your businesss character. Please remind them when they speed (35 in a 15) in a neighbor that is not even a thru fare, they are making your business look bad. Edgewater Drive 6:15 pm Friday evening. Thank you!

I was an office employee for nearly a year. Customers were great, working with the technicians was great, they were always kind, courteous, and appreciative. Office manager Stephanie was always kind, considerate and fair. Dispatch manager Kayla on the other hand was condescending, rude, and two faced. She would say one thing and then change her story to accommodate herself. I saw another local review stating office staff was rude, that would have been her they were referring to. She was constantly out for days, late and leaving early but when I called out because my daughter was extremely sick with a 103 fever and I was in the ER with her. Instead of asking if she was okay and being empathetic she called me to fire me for being on a website on my break on a Sunday. This would have been a great job if my manager was even a little bit professional.

Professional, friendly and amazing service!

Worked there as a service tech. The ONLY good reviews here are from current employees that have a secure spot in the company. Not enough training, not enough willing individuals to train you properly. They understaff ALL states. If you receive a call back on a service call for ANY reason, they will dock your pay ENTIRELY for that call, both drive time and on site time. The ONLY cool thing about the job is free coffee from Starbucks.

Excellent experience! They got me ice instantly when my machine went down and came out the next morning with a new part in hand. My ice machine was fixed in less than 24 hours. Thank you, H2O!!

Horrible customer service. The owner was really polite when he came out to deliver our water on our first delivery. The office staff, however, is extremely rude.
