My father has brought his car in twice to the shop. The first time after paying a large sum of money the car had an additional week when we got it back. The second time we brought it in and then picked it up it was having two additional issues including a transmission issue that I never had before. I believe these people are taking full advantage of my fathers old age and scamming him out of his garden earned money. The car now has more issues then before the two times we brought it in and paid money. #scam

I have taken my vehicles in to American Auto on multiple occasions over the past few years and received some of the best automotive repair service that I have had anywhere. Radiator, heater core, electric window motor R&R, brake job, etc. The brakes on my F-150 truck work better now than they ever have. I normally do my own repairs, and was a Dodge mechanic years ago, so I am pretty picky about getting service done. I have had zero returns/call backs for any of the repairs done at American Auto.

Im a delivery driver for papa Johns pizza. When I had car trouble, they were not the first I called. I phoned other shops around town only to be disappointed by their prices and attitudes. I called American auto and immediately was blown away by their outstanding customer service and the friendly atmosphere that they provide. My car was up and running better than ever in a very timely manner. I would and will recommend them to all of my co-workers and friends. Thank you, American auto!
