All I can say is this location is outstanding. Phil the Manager and Chris are amazing to work with. I work at a local hospital and lets just say they take excellent care of their front line workers. I was in an out with a tire repair and an oil change in an hour. I have shared my exceptional experience with family, friends and coworkers.

Great place to go. Good prices and great customer service but they need more staff but who doesnt? Ask for Chris. Hes good people. They need more like him.

We dropped in 20 minutes before they closed because we found a nail in one of our tires and are traveling back to TN in a day. Phil was very attentive and professional and said they could fix our issue in 30 minutes. The lobby is very clean and nice and the bathroom is safe for our child to use. Will definitely use Tire Kingdom going forward!

Love these guys. I had a blowout on the way to Pensacola while evacuating from hurricane Ida. Chris took the time to understand and empathize with my situation. Much better than Discount Tire who was more concerned about profits than people.

This was just a wonderful place. We were stranded on the freeway with a shredded trailer tire. Walmart said they had a new one so we had it towed there. They lied! Not only did they NOT have a tire but they said they didnt have time to deal with us. After we spent the night everything changed when we went to Tire Kingdom!! The staff was so accommodating and helpful in every way. The waiting area was very nice but we didnt stay long. And they were cheaper than Walmart anyway. You just cant beat this place for value and service.

My family and I got a flat tire on our way back home to Texas. When we arrived at the shop, we were attended to immediately. We had a mini bus and even though they couldn’t raise the bus inside the garage, they brought out all the tools to have our tire fixed. The people were incredibly kind and friendly and we weren’t charged for our service. The shop it self was very clean as well. The service was exceptional!

Awesome place.... Jim had me taken care of right.. babied my brand new wheels like they were his own.... awesome lobby to make yourself comfortable.... so cool they have a viewing window and a gorgeous shop.... kinda feels like your watching the SPEED channel ;-PNew location, brand new equipment to learn... had a hiccup with one of my wheels being balanced right, but came back a few days later and Kelly went above and beyond solving the issue (with care) in a tenth of the time I had expected.... props guys.... forget the haters that come in with no patience.Im so happy to have found an enjoyable alternative to Discount Tire (who seem to care less and less every time you go).

Very professional I looked all over Pensacola for tires for my 73 super beetle could not find them anywhere Mitch at tire Kingdom told me he would do his best called me the next day and said he found them in order to them for me came in two days later at half the cost that I thought they would be had them installed balance and everything has been a great experience I highly recommend them very professional

We are from Iowa and were visiting for a few days, when I discovered a very low tire that was supposed to have been repaired by Big O Tires before we left Iowa. Tire Kingdom is a sister company to Big O Tires, and after explaining everything to them, they got us right in and repaired the tire and took care of the charges. The manager also showed me the 2-inch nail that was found in the tire. They were very polite, professional, and thorough. We were very impressed!

Had a flat tire from a roofing nail this morning. Two shops could not work me on a Saturday morning. Todd at Tire Kingdom worked me right in. Had the tire repaired in 1 hour. Had the other 3 tires air pressure checked, spare checked and replaced in its proper place. Very personable and friendly workers. They do all sorts of vehicle repairs, NO transmission work except fluids. It was my first time to use their services. I definitely recommend going to them in the future.

I would not recommend EVER stepping foot into Tire Kingdom on Brent Lane. This is now my third time having to go to their location because of their mess ups. I only went there to get a patch and only one tire replacement, and I walked out of there with a receipt of $580!!! I believe I was seen as an easy target because I’m a young college student or they just don’t know anything about good customer service, but these are not trustworthy people, they do not care what is wrong with your car they just want the money. You can go in there and say you need a patch and they will flat out tell you you need four new tires. They charge you literally for everything they do to your car and they don’t even do it the right way! I’ve had to go back twice because they messed up on my alignment and now my back tires WHICH WAS BRAND NEW, THAT THEY PUT ON MY CAR, popped. And they tried to tell me it wasn’t a road hazard that caused it. Yes, they are right, my tire popped due to the fact your workers don’t put in all the work and bent both of my back tires so my alignment is messed up. I called they said I had a warranty and to come in and get it replaced. They told me I need two tires and want to charge $280 more dollars! If you need just a simple patch, they can get the job done; however, they are gonna charge you for labor costs, checking alignment, checking brakes, checking tires all types of irrelevant bull. I don’t normally write a long bad review until I’ve been ripped off of my money and trust. I’m sitting at AUTO SAVE right now which is a trustworthy spot getting my tire fixed now, they can confirm that my alignment is messed up in my back two tires, which were the ones that Tire Kingdom “fixed”. I’ve also read the reviews on this place and everyone that wrote a nice review is older white men, and each one of them said great customer service and that they gave many options. I was not given any options nor great customer service at all, just flat out you need this done and the money is due today. I appreciate this experience because now I know never to rely on tire kingdom ever again.

My husband got two tires from them, everything seemed fine until he went to change our breaks (he has been a technician for 10+ year) then we realized that they damaged our aftermarket rims. After my husband talked to the Manger, Todd, he admitted the mistake and said that they would replace the rims, it has been about 2 weeks, the rims where ordered at discount tire, where we purchased them and they have yet to pay for them, every time my husband calls to ask about the status there is always and excuse. Everything from he doesnt have time to he went to the wrong discount tire.2 weeks after originally posting this we finally got the refund, Mr. Todd continued to be unprofessional and wasted time, however the customer service rep. that reached out to us, I believe her name was Anna, was really helpful and kind. Unfortunately, that is not enough to change my mind about this terrible place.Discount Tire on Mobile hwy has our business now, and that is also who my husband shop will be referring people too.

My son had a flat tire. After work he got to this Tire Kingdom as quickly as he could, and ended up pulling into the parking lot maybe 20 minutes before they closed. Mitch took the tire back and patched it, and got my son on his way very quickly. Excellent service! Thanks Mitch, and thanks Tire Kingdom.

I came to this Tire Kingdom for an oil change and a/c diagnostic. I explained to the gentleman that my car had been making a rattling noise only when the air was on and I was idling or driving under 60mph. I got a call and they said nothing was wrong with the air but I needed a new belt and belt tensioner and that’s what was making the rattling noise.I said awesome, pick up my car and it’s still rattling. A few days after that my air goes out. I have 0 cold air unless it’s nice and chilly outside.I email Tire Kingdom customer service and they tell me I can either go to another store (not one very close, plus why would I?) or take my car to VW and get a diagnosis for a refund. I take my car to VW and they tell me my entire air compressor has failed and is releasing metal shavings into the rest of the a/c system.After I sent this to the customer service rep, he says I’ll only get a refund for the diagnostic.So I just paid to fix something that wasn’t an issue and I’m not getting a refund?I’m never going to another tire Kingdom again. Especially the one on Brent Lane who blatantly ignored the request I made and why? Maybe because I’m a woman, maybe because they don’t care, God only knows. $600 out the door and I’ve never felt so frustrated.Selling services people don’t need and not owning up to their mistakes.

Tire store that is a real tire store. The joke across the street doesnt even do alignments. Good service and dont have to worry about it being done right.

Todd and Scott was awesome I had an emergency my tire was about to blow and they got me back on the road asap with no questions asked and they made me feel welcomed they was about to close at that

There staff doesn’t know what there doing came here for new tires and alignment but said I need a new tie rod system before they can do the alignment but they don’t know how to properly do a alignment on a truck told me it’s my steering column is upside down then had to take it to a another place because they didn’t know how to fix it, second place I took it too said it was just a alignment issue and they did it wrong second guy fixed my issue completely spend 2100 dollars and they couldn’t even align my steering right still waiting on my refund for the alignment but I’ve now lost hope on it so my advice is he wearily on letting them do a alignment
