My wife and I recently purchased a cart from this location. The manager Nick, associate Pierre and associate Steven were incredible. I cant say enough about these guys. They were attentive, knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly genuine. The overall experience and service is outstanding. I had to return today for my mother-in-law who also purchased a cart for a little maintenance (our fault), they were on point and great to work with again. My family truly feels our patronage is appreciated and will forever be a life long customer. Kudos to Nick for managing a great team.

They specialize in batteries.Battery recycling and e-recycling drop-off available in store.Friendly and helpful staff. The manager, Nick, helped me personally. Electric golf carts seem to be their bread and butter, so too speak.They do not really do laptop battery diagnostic work, though they can get you a laptop battery. They will swap out NiCad cells in a rechargable tool battery, but Li-ion cells are too volatile for them to handle.They sell batteries for childrens toy driving vehicles and I iphones and drones and RC vehicles. Also, boat, RV, and automobile batteries.

We spoke with the attendant over the phone from niceville, here stated, the price and the availability of the item, we stated that we would be on the way it would take us over an hour to get there, he said well see you when you get there, once we arrived he was in the bathroom, so we patiently waited over 15 minutes, just to find out that they did not have the motor in stock, his reply was, open quotes you did not tell me you wanted the better you just told me you were on the way close quotations, this is what our world is in for

Battery source it shall be from now on! I bought a battery last year for my 1991 Z32 I bought while stationed in Atsugi Japan. I used for a brief period and had to disconnect it and leave it inside the house. Im stationed at NAS JAX, but drive home to Pensacola every chance I get. Due to covid restrictions, I was unable to go home for a long time due to 150 mile limit. Once I was able to get home, I checked the battery and it was as dead as a doornail. I brought it back to the Battery Source and it was no worries they conducted a brief test that indicated only 1 volt. They quickly pulled up my records, drafted a ticket and assured me that they will attempt to charge it and if that fails, they would gladly honor my warranty. Ive had good vibes about that place ever since..

Brought a car battery in to get tested and planned on purchasing another if it was dead. The guys who helped us told us there should still be a warranty on the battery because it was so new and we were able to get a new one for free from where we originally purchased. We really appreciated their honesty, theres not a lot of places like that anymore and we will definitely be back to this place for any other battery needs.
