Bought a car and didnt make the first payment and transmission went out cost 4200 to replace so we let them know manager wouldnt do nothing cause he said it was a performance car (Camaro)which doesnt matter any other dealership would of stood behind it in town..It Has really put us in a bind to pay for repair bill.Sales person was very nice but I know it is out of their hands.This was the third vehicle bought from them
Came in on Thursday, I told them Im a single mother and I had 4k to put down and was in desperate need of a vehicle for me and my 3 kids. They said we can definitely help you just come back tomorrow... Well I did... And he tried telling me that I had only 1 to choose from and it was in the shop.he showed me a Santa Fe that looked like it had been in a derby. Hard pass... Then he says he might have a Jeep, comes back say oops its being sold. Leaves comes back then asked me for another grand.... I was so shocked after telling them how much I had. Not very nice people. My kids and I still dont have a vehicle. Thanks for wasting every ones time. Yall dont care about the people!

Last year I bought an Altima. The internet sales lady said they would match out beat any other dealer by $500. Well they couldn’t. She told me if I didn’t buy my Nissan at Sandy Sansing I couldn’t get it serviced there. I took her word for it and gladly give the business to the dealership I bought it at.Several months ago my son and I found a used car he was interested in on their website. We arrived at the dealership and were lead around for 30 minutes walking the parking lot before the salesman admitted he couldn’t find the car. He then led us to his desk and wanted us to look over his shoulder, at the same website we had access to, to “shop” for cars. We thanked him but said no thanks. He then got angry with us and refused to even acknowledge us as we left. I used this as a life lesson and explained to my son car salesmen are not your friends unless you are buying.Today my son found another car online, again at Sandy Sansing. I told him to call the number listed and make sure the car was available before we drove over from Milton. Ben assured him it was there and promised to have it ready when we arrived. We arrived and met Ben. He was surprised we were there and didn’t have the car ready as promised. He told us he would go get the car so we wouldn’t have to walk around for nothing. First clue. He came back almost 20 minutes later saying the car was on the lot, but a salesman from the Nissan dealership had brought it over and had it ready for a customer who had called in. He said he would go “steal it back”. Clue number 2. After about another 20 minutes Ben shoes back up and said the car had been sold. Then said a “truck” had just arrived with used cars, clue number 3, and he would personally get with the used car manager to try and find something close to what we were looking for. I then told my son we aren’t waiting, I would never buy a car from a proven liar. At 18 years old he knew exactly what hat I meant. We left, I told my son we would never step foot on any Sandy Sansing lot again. Then, while we were shopping elsewhere, Ben has the nerve to call my son and tell him he found a similarly priced car, not even close to what we were looking for. We had a good laugh and both agreed not to consider buying anything from Sandy Sansing. I guess when someone has cornered the local market for cars, they believe they can lie and cheat to sell cars

My husband, my 3 kids, and I stopped in on Saturday looking for a car for one of our sons. We were met in the parking lot by sales associate, Craig Pippin. We introduced ourselves and advised exactly what we wanted right off the bat...(we have already been to other dealerships with not so good experience). Mr Pippin took us straight inside and we looked online for some cars my son was interested in. Once we had several cars in mind, Mr Pippin began our tour. My son picked the car he wanted and we started talking numbers. After a little of negotiation we came to an agreement and we made the deal. When he walked back into the office he immediately shook our sons hand and told him he just got his car!!! He was very excited. The way Mr Pippin was with our family, especially the kids were amazing. He even had our 4 year sign for the car:) lol. It was a great experience and We highly recommend Sandy Sansing to anyone. If you are planning to use a loan in purchasing a vehicle; watch out!. We went there with an approval paperwork to purchase a vehicle and they promised a better deal if we deal with their financing companies. What we found out after we bought the car is that our names went to several companies who gladly provided disapproval letters to us. We have plenty of cash on hand to pay cash for the car but I decided to give some source of credit experience to my daughter. These denial letters affect your credit reports. So basically they put us in their selected financial companies for grab. By sure we are not happy with this and advice not letting your arms twist by their friendly and courteous etiquette but stand firm in your ground because if they can scratch your eyes, believe me, they WILL.

Previously purchasing from Sandy Sansing years ago I purchased a truck out of the box and was promised a detail in which I never received, I was happy with the truck but dissatisfied in the time I wasted trying to get a detail I was promised that never happened. We were in need of a car so we decided to see what they had this time. I was approached by John Nudo and this guy does not like to let the customer take their time. He is very quick to try to put you in the first car you show interest in. We have the ability to pay cash for a used car but decided to try credit as we are working on establishing our credit and are fairly new business owners. I agreed and instructed John not to have my credit ran more then once and let me know before preceding. Why he was gone I was alerted my credit had been ran 5 times! We had reasons to wanting it ran once and intended to buy the car outright if it seemed to difficult to finance. Not only did this severely set my credit back from my goal but John Nudo not being able to honor a customers request has cost Sandy Sansing the opportunity in providing vehicles for my fleet. I will never do business with this company again as long as they continue aggressive sales tactics that go against the clients expressed requst!

Playing all these games.I called into the dealership trying to get an out the door price on a vehicle. Was qouted a number got the buyers order. Called again to negotiate a price got down to a number we liked. Figured since they were nice to give a buyers order the first time lets not waste time and just go without a new buyers order. Drove and hour+ to the dealership only to show me the old price we talked about. Told him about getting it back to the new price we agreed on but didnt even come close. We were ready to buy thay car that night but since you didnt want to work with us we walked away. What a waste of time and gas.

Daughter needed good car after wreck, great car and service
Was sold a Honda Oddessy that needed a couple minor things fixed. Made an appt to have them fixed at no cost to us only for the mechanic to argue with me about the things that they needed to do. After having absolutely nothing done we were told we would have to come back another day. On the way home the transmission started acting up and we were stuck on the side of I10 for an hour with my toddler. They picked up the Oddessy and gave us a courtesy car. A few days later we hear from our salesman that the mechanic said theres nothing wrong with the car and that I was mad because he wouldnt do what I wanted and parked it on I10 and lied. Not even 12 hours after getting the Oddessy back it broke down AGAIN with me and my children. They have the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with! This has been a complete nightmare!
If I Could Give It 0 Stars I Would!!! Do NOT everrrrrr go to Sandy Sansing Supercenter and buy a used car!! 6 mths into having this damn car the AC is gone out the engine is running hot and they asses want to charge us to get this bull**** fixed. I have had a car purchased from Bob Tyler Toyota more than 5 years ago & have NEVER had one issue with my Camry! This will not be the end of hearing from The Blankenships! This is just why you cant handle your business with our own kind! Time to contact BBB
