When we arrive our new Corvette was setting outside waiting for us. Our salesman (Jeff Lee) had most of the paperwork already filled out waiting for my signature. We had previously agreed on the price and everything and I do mean everything was as smooth as glass. We completed the paperwork with Jeff then we met with Dave for the final signings.Jeff and I then took a tour of the car explaining some of the new toys. After that we shook hand and my wife and I drove our new Corvette home.Fantastic people, fantastic deal and a fantastic new Corvette.

My visit this time was a simple one, just a turn signal bulb and my schedule just prevented me from getting to the shop till well after 5 pm. It made no difference to Brett the service rep or Kenny the service manager. They took extra time at the end of their day to get the bulb changed out. Even the service techs were glad to help….And this is why it’s a pleasure to bring my vehicle here for service.

This is the absolute worst dealership in the country. Weve had two warranty issues with our car we purchased from Pete Moore Chevrolet. Both instances we were told the items were not covered under warranty. We were told to call GM if we didnt agree. We did, GM both times, stated they were covered and forced the dealership to replace the parts. They kept my car for months, both times. The second issue we traveled back and forth to them 5 times. Each time leaving the car because it still wasnt fixed. They left parts off, didnt replace all the bolts and screws, used incorrect screws, Finally, GM directed me to take the car to anther dealership.

From the management all the way down to the sales floor, it’s obvious they have a passion for their work and their customers. After the horrible experiences our community, and ourselves, have had with an unnamed group that tries to bully its customers, it was very refreshing to have a professional, no pressure sales experience where the store actually put the customer first. Rhet called and pulled my appointment forward on a holiday!!! I was shocked when I got the all from Pete Moore on Memorial day asking if we could bring my wifes car in they could work on it that day. I have never taken a car to a dealership for work due to the cost. I was amazed at the low cost of getting it done at Pete Moore. I had an oil change and tire rotation done on Saturday. I would assume an alignment would be done with that service. I had to come back in on Tuesday for the engine light coming on. I was informed the alignment was off. The service guy said maybe they were rushing or ran out of time. Unbelievable. I hate to say it, but it seems like every time I come in for simple services, a couple days later I end up with a monumental issue.

David Laughlin, my sales person, cordially introduced himself and asked my transportation need.He was very experienced about trailering information which I needed for transporting my recreational boat. He then showed me various features and how to operate them on the Silverado. I was quite impressed. I bought a dodge truck from them and it something internally wrong with it. Neither of us of knew about the issue when I purchased the truck but they were really helpful in trying to fix it. They sent a tow truck to get it the first time. Gave me a loaner the second time I brought it back and were really good about trying to get it fixed. I’ve been meaning to leave a review but had some health issues come up. Ended up not getting fixed but it was a dodge truck at a Chevy dealership and they were trying really hard on there end and cost free they covered it all. I ended up selling the truck back they gave me all my money back and were good about it. Car salesman Craig is a good guy as well as Wayne Freeman. Always got back to me right away and were really helpful. Military friendly car dealership. I definitely would recommend them to other people and if it wasn’t so far from me I’d go to them again. Being a first time buyer I was worried I’d get taken advantage of especially with my situation but Pete Moore took care of me and I really appreciate them. Good to know there’s still good people in this world.. I actually just got a Christmas card from my salesman Craig really nice of him to do that. I went to Pete Moore last week.I made an appt with Keith James and showed up early. I looked at the used truck and decided where I could compromise. Did I need 4WD? How was the infotainment system? Crew cab?I hated to compromise. I’m a worthy DivaKeith met with me and I immediately told him, “I’m not buying today!”“I will not get an extended warranty”He took this in stride and showed me all the new and used trucks in stock. WOW! Are trucks expensive. We asked the lot. He listened closely. When we were done, he knew the truck I wanted/needed.I traded in a 2014 Silverado High Country. LOADED.The last truck we looked at was the one and he knew it and we made a deal.He took all my info and brought it to Lauren (the owner). Keith told me how well respected she is within the Pete Moore universe. She’s worked in most positions at one time and understands each role.He brought her all the info. Came out and spoke with me for a long time. She truly cared about my tiny amount of business.They/She gave me more for my trade and less for the “used” truck. On 4/06 I took my truck in to have a battery installed, discussed with advisor it showed on line at 145.00, his response thats about right. I went in to pick up my truck and it was $189.78 total. Misc charge 11.55, only takes a socket to remove battery. Stated a complimentary inspection was done, and reviewed with customer. (did not happen). I asked writer to put together a quote for tire replacement, as I will need tires soon. I did not get that either. Time to look for service somewhere else.

Took in my 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500HD for the Takata Passenger side airbag recall. Rhett was my service POC. Rhett was very professional and answered all my concerns/questions. Was just a few hours before I got a call from Rhett stating my vehicle was ready for pickup and all repairs were complete. I did purchase what I wanted however the bag left tire had a plug on the sidewall right at the beginning of the tread. Which as you probably will know is a hazard and both the salesman and myself missed it. I take it back and as a result the dealership agreed to pay for one tire as you probably will know you cant just run one tire thats brand new and a bunch of other ones that are used. So end up having to purchase a second tire to match the new one on the rear axles that the salesman agreed to replace. I find that part of the experience a little concerning when related to the rest of my purchase experience as this wasnt unsafe matter.

I made an appt for an oil change and fuel filter change. Took close to 3 hours before the vehicle was ready, and then the service agent told me they didnt complete the fuel filter service because the tech couldnt get the filter off. She stated that maybe I should make another appt so they could try again. Every oil change ive had at your service department has taken over 2 hours, with an appt!! Im glad im moving out of the area and dont need to service my Chevy truck at your subpar dealer. Good riddance

Called in this morning to schedule an air bag recall on my 2007 Silverado that I bought! New from Pete Moore and also steering check but was told by service and parts department that since I have not had service there for 10 years they would not service my vehicle. Wow, my Silverado has lasted 14 years with no problems and I have had the recommended services and documented but that doesn’t matter?Pete Moore, you have a terrible business practice. I truly believe in Chevy and GM products but will steer clear of your business.Disgruntled in Destin.

I scheduled my appointment online on a Saturday and there was not a diesel option for my truck as it is a limited option for the Colorado Redline. I stated this in the comments and confirmed this during the follow-up call Sunday. I did a drop off Sunday evening and on Monday I called at the end of the day to check on the status and was informed that the diesel technician would not be in until the following day. This was a minor inconvenience scheduling an additional days ride to work, other than that, the service and support I received was great.

I’ve had all my services done through Pete Moore since purchasing my car in 2012. This service visit will be my last. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived early and they took my car back. At 11:45 my car was still in the parking lot. I found someone and asked about my car. They told me they were running 1.5 hours behind. I was the only person in the waiting room. They didn’t mention the excessive wait time when I dropped the car off. I did pass a room where it looked like they were having a Thanksgiving dinner. That’s commendable but they should schedule services around a gathering, not make customers wait for a basic service. I shared this info on your web site and received an auto-reply in return which really showed how little your dealership cares.
